The Bay breezes blowing through the window make for a cool stay in the room

Even though the hotel said it was a non-smoking hotel once in a while it smells like cigarettes in the bathroom which wasn't knowing did the property meet your expectations I'm not oh no it exceeded my expectations it was cool phone a phone a question how satisfied was that the same as one of your other questions my

Everything was so good. It was really calm and peaceful. It made us feel like we were living like the old days . The bathroom situation was different but we managed. I would highly recommend to stay at the Utah inn

Parking was questionable... We happened to be successful in finding parking in an alley behind the Utah inn and it worked out no complainys

No breakfast. I liked the comfortable bed and plenty of good channels on the t.v. The place was very clean. They accommodated me on a late arrival. I would recommend this hostel to friends and family, for sure!

They could've provided soap and shampoo. Most hostels do. The neighborhood was sketchy.

very approachable staff at the ready, quality rooms, even perhaps a bit smaller, gracious prices, and amongst other strengths, a wonderful place to stay, no matter what ur duration might need 🤘🫶

Hotel was as perfectly as described, rooms were very clean with shared bathroom with fresh towels and soap. Ideal for people on a budget. would definitely recommend for people travelling.

It was suppose to be a non-smoking Inn, but on my floor (4th) someone was clearly smoking cigarettes and weed. I hate the smell of them!

The no-fuss entrance, room delivery, and zero disturbance for any reasons. The room was slightly slanted, which btw is a common occurrence for SF buildings, but served for good laughs

the hotel is old but the rooms, bathrooms and restrooms were extremely clean! you wouldn’t expect this from this kind of hotel. The location was perfect for me, close to Flixbus, Chase Center, Caltrain and not that far from the airport. Keep in mind your staying on a budget ! Don’t expect any luxury. you get what you pay for and it was perfect for me

i only missed a coat rack in the room. that would be an easy adjustment and usefull! a microwave in the lobby would also be nice

The bed was super comfortable and it was close to the stadium.

There was one shower and one bathroom for the entire floor to share. It was a little awkward having to check if the bathroom was being used at the time.

The staff was polite and welcoming. the room was clean and cozy. the common restroom was clean. The location was great, can’t beat it.
