I loved the rooms! Especially the shower, beds, and the mini fridge. Everything was working, clean, and fully stocked. The pool looked amazing as well, and the parking lot was easy to park in.
The only thing was that the front desk person said I had a reservation for the next day even though I had proof of reservation. But either way he fixed it regardless and there were rooms available!

Small, quiet, older, in the heart of Santa Rosa. I have been staying for years.
Only opinion is to upgrade from bedspread to European cover…two white flat sheets with comforter in between. Otherwise wonderful, very clean.

The size of the room and the way it is laid out is great. It even had a full kitchen and dining table.
The grounds are dated and tired and need some repair, but it looks like they are working on it.

Very quaint large And clean rooms, convenient to everything restaurants and stores but nestled up next to some hills and felt private. Really nice staff.
Had to pay $10 per night for kitchenette to be turned on. Not expensive but should factor into price at booking time. Not a big deal really.
