Best Western Plus Sonora Oaks Hotel and Conference Center

The staff was Excellent. I believe her name was Alise. She was so great I had wanted a room with a spa and fireplace, but the hotel was completely sold out and at the last minute one became available. I was so happy when I checked in and she told me the spa room was available. I think she went above and beyond her job duties to make sure I got what I wanted and because of that I will definitely tell all my friends about what great service I had at Best Western Sonora. Thank you

Nothing, well the price was a little steep, but the room was great!

The beds and pillows were SO SO SO comfortable! Even sofa bed was great, according to my son. Would have been a 10 except carpet could use little cleaning. Other than that it was perfect! Great bargain! Breakfast was excellent. They made me special scrambled eggs because of my diet restrictions.

Clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed for a road trip stopover. Great beds & shower, all the facilities you need. Front desk staff lovely. Good breakfast included with lots of variety.

The coffee at breakfast and in the rooms was very weak! But that might just be personal preference

Lady making the breakfast was very nice. She brought out my breakfast burrito under a minute and it was very good. They had a lot of options from yogurt, cereal, hot food, fruits, etc.... The ladys at the front desk were very nice. They greeted me upon my arrival and even called my room during the evening to make sure I was comfortable and asked f I needed anything.

No complaints for my recent stay. Everything went well. People in room next to me were loud. Rooms are not that sound proof. makes it hard to fall asleep.

I really liked the place they had breakfast because it was like a little restaurant instead. Staff were really nice. The room was very comforting after a long day on the ski slopes. Nice restaurants in the area.

Personally, the bed was a little soft for me, (165 pound male) but my daughter who is 100 pounds said it was one of the most comfortable beds she had slept in so it really depends.

The hotel has spacious convinient room, the location of the hotel is easily accessible from the main road although quite far from the downtown Sonora, but ideal for those who plans to go to Yosemite National Park in the morning, the dining room is spacious with delicious and various breakfast menu.

The hotel room charge is a little bit pricey.

The front desk lady who checked me in was really nice and made the process very quick and easy. She helped me change the email on file as the previous person typed it in wrong, so I wasn't getting any rewards points. Now I will be getting them for future visits.

There was hair all over my towels prior to using them, and the shower curtain was stained. The renovation in the elevator area has been an eye sore for some time. Makes parking and driving through area a tight squeeze. I wish the lounge/bar building was open again. It would have made the trip even more worth it. Breakfast was ok but I was hoping for some eggs or hot food. All they had was cereal and bagels.

They seem to going through a renovation, which is good for the updates, but price seems a little high considering this is going on.

Friendly staff that called us after we checked in to make sure everything was good and to our liking. The room was very clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. It was also very quiet.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They installed suction grip bars in the bathtub for my father since there were no handicap rooms available.

Being able to hear all our neighbors talking, watching tv, and showering kept me awake.
