Hotel in a very good location, across from Lake Tahoe, with very well-furnished rooms, comfortable, friendly, and helpful staff, ample free parking, fast internet, and hot pools in front of the hotel!

This was a very nice stay in Tahoe for the weekend in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. This hotel is super dog friendly with lots of grass area and poop bags available. The room was exactly as pictured and clean with a cute little balcony and the hot tub was nice with strong jets. I also enjoyed a workout in the fitness room. You get a discount by staying here at the wonderful MacDuff's Pub within walking distance from this hotel, which is a must try! There are many other neat places within walking distance too, including a beach area right across the street. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Hotel Azure. Thank you!

There were noisy doors slamming and people running around above us late into the night, even with a 10pm quiet time policy. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, but my husband and I are used to a soft mattress. Neither would prevent us from staying again. In fact, the air conditioner in the room worked very well and you can turn up the fan for a nice white noise effect.

I loved the location and how the hotel had discounts with other local businesses. The room itself was modern and clean and just as each picture showed on the internet.

it does not offer breakfast and I feel like that would have been a nice touch.

The property is a little old (as are most hotels in south lake), but the views and location are superb. I had a top floor unit facing the lobby and it had stunning views of the lake. The room had a nice desk area and a patio with two chairs and a table. It was plenty of space for just me, and I didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and LOTION were awesome!

The beds and pillows weren’t super comfortable (but I slept okay, so they weren’t terrible), and my room didn’t have a do not disturb sign in it, or a laundry bag.

We loved the location and would recommend this hotel when visiting Lake Tahoe. It's just in front of the lake, where you can take a stroll or rent a bike to enjoy stunning views of the Lake. Nice restaurants for breakfast and Safeway (supermarket & Starbucks) within couple of minutes walking. Quick drive to Heavenly village and only 20 min away from Emerald Bay. Spa and pool are so nice. Rooms are spacious and clean, we loved to have the balcony. They provided baby crib for our 16m.o.

They clean rooms upon request, not automatically every day. Just need to request in the morning.

Really large one-bedroom suite and good floor plan. Kitchen was really good with all the required stuff. View from the room is slightly obstructed due to the road opposite room balcony, but can't complain. It was still a good view except the traffic noise. We had some challenges with our room AC like other travellers as I read other reviews too. So not sure why AC is a problem for all travellers in this hotel, but it was fixed on the next day morning. Overall, we had a good stay but still a few small things still make me rate it 4/5.

AC Problems, Carpet quality and the road facing from the balcony (though it was still facing the lake). For large rooms, it would be great if we there are two bathrooms but it is not a major problem.

Personally we loved the location. It was not in the super busy area near all the casino's, which was a bonus for us. Lake Tahoe was right across the street, with beach access and there were plenty of restaurants near by within walking distance. The hotel had a pool, jacuzzi and gym on site which were great. We were on the second floor, had a balcony, the room was clean and had good amenities.

No real complaint other than hallway noise, but that's typical of most hotels and it wasn't too bad at night.
