Nice and clean hotel, ok neighbourhood, just a bit outside of business center/financial district, but just 10-15min walk. Very healthy breakfast with a lot of fruit, just a pitty that you need to pay additional for the continental breakfast. Normal breakfast was only fruits, croissant, hard cooked egg and some yoghurt.

additional cost for continental breakfast, staff behind reception could have been a bit more friendly/charming. Sometime a bit too much of cannabis smell in the hallway towards my room :-(

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When we had a problem it was fixed almost immediately. The list of television channels was in alphabetical order - why don't other places do that? There was plenty of lighting in the room. We had a large balcony but didn't use it because of several days of snow. It was the same for the outdoor pool. We were doubtful about staying here because of other reviews, mostly about the breakfasts which are provided by a restaurant. However, they now provide a hot buffet, which was very good.

There didn't seem to be anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels.

Everything I was going to like about the property I didn’t get to use because everything shut down so early. The room was meticulous and I love that they have a shower room and a bathtub room and a balcony.

I didn’t like that everything closed so early. I don’t like that. The bedding was not quality at all. It was just a blanket covered with a duvet. There was no down comforter. The lighting was good, but the valet service was not good and then when you pay a lot for a room and ask for late checkout on a holiday, especially when there is nobody else there I think they could splurge for a couple hours instead of giving me 45 minutes considering I didn’t show up until almost 9 the night before

Decent amenities and suitable location. Like the restaurant/bar and the rooftop pool space. Decent room with spacious balcony.

Be prepared to wait…a lot. Between the elevators and valet, it can take *over* twenty minutes to get out of the building. (No exaggeration.) Not sure why only one valet is on duty even during peak times (i.e. 11am Sunday). Not sure why the only two front desk staff on duty are *both* required to help each guest when the line is growing…and growing. As a grown-ass man, I don’t like having to sign a no-guest policy agreement, *especially* when I am not expecting one. Housekeeping is bare minimum. TIP: The parking ramp next door is cheaper and you don’t have to waste time waiting for a valet to appear at the stand.

I loved the accommodating staff, especially Daniella ( I think that's how you spell her name) who was working at the front desk during my check-in and through the night. She was nice, funny, and relatable, and even though I was 600 miles from home, she made me feel at home. She made my trip so special, and I hope to see her again in the future. Also, the valet service was very pleasant, and the gentlemen who were working were positive and quick to service!

When I dropped an earring on the bathroom floor I saw the fifth that was under the sink area. Although this is an area that most people don't see, I gagged a little. Also, I was in room 1121 and the end of the hallway had a musk to it. However, I was satisfied with every other aspect of the room- the Warwick exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast buffet was 5 Star. Excellent consistent presentation every morning. Waitstaff were all extremely professional,courteous, appreciative and smiling. Super important for the guest experience.

There was only one time I needed a new key for my room and it took way way too long to do a simple task. like 15 minutes. I don't believe it was Oliver's fault but I also understand their is certain security protocol. I am a former Hospitality professional and know the business on both sides of the hotel. Food and beverage and Rooms and guest services.

The room was big, with ample space for luggage, space for a little exercise and more. The balcony allows one to look out as well. Breakfast was a simple affair, with a choice of continental included with the room, and a top-up for hot food. The drinks at the bar was an unexpected bonus. The location is convenient, just a few minutes walk from the city which makes for a quieter environment to rest, and the environment is safe.

You may have to wait a while for the hot water for the bath, which on one occasion did not come even after a few minutes. There is no control of the water pressure from the shower head, which was a little too strong to stay in for long.

The hotel is amazing the views r not awesome because your downtown so wen u look out on your patio (seem every room has one )u can just see building in the dwntwn area but wen you get to moving around dwntwn there is so much to do and see .The eye level buildings look old but in a good way and our form of transportation were these electric scooters which were so flippin fun got us everywhere super fast and if u dnt want to do the scooter they hav bikes also electric.They were pretty cheap me and my friend got a package to use all week while we where there so we didn’t hav to keep puttin our card in…The pool is cute not to big but there is NO SHADE AND YOU R ON TOP OF THE BUILDING BEAUTIFUL VIBES THO ALL STAFF WAS GREAT HATS OFF TO UOU GUYS THANKS FOR MAKING MY BIRTHDAY AMAZING

The room was quite large and well appointed. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the wait staff very friendly and professional. The valet service was efficient and quick, never waited more than 5 minutes for our vehicle. The pool area was nice, a bit smaller than some, but heated and inviting. The front lobby and lounge area were nice, with a fireplace and cozy couches.

We loved having a balcony; however, the view from it was less than wonderful. We overlooked the valet parking lot, and during the hotter mornings and evenings, all we could hear was the air conditioners running. Not a huge inconvenience to us, though.

Great property! The food downstairs was very reasonably priced and yummy. Def worth the breakfast, only $12 because they give you vouchers. The pool was super nice as well! Very nice staff. Nice short walk to the 16th street mall, lots to do and eat around there. Nice to be a little away from downtown but still walking distance.

Walking to 7-eleven was sketchy, honestly a lot of homeless people… some even sat up front at the hotel at some points. Got charged for every item in the fridge and on the counter but was refunded with one call. I took a picture when we got there & left incase (I saw someone else have this issue)
