Location and breakfast were nice.

Parking was $36. There is a public parking in front ($15) but it expires at midnight and you would have to go out and pay again at that time. They wont tell you but there is another lot down the street (at 1935 Sherman) that will run you $14 for 24 hrs and you can manage through your phone. They originally charged me more that Booking had quoted but they quickly adjusted and refunded when I brought it up.

Good hotel option in Denver considering price/value. Breakfast good and enough. Coffee available all over the day. Rooms are big and equipped with the necessary items. Close location to downtown and about 5min walking to the main streets.

Too much plastic usage for literally everything - especially breakfast all served with plastic cups, plates and cutlery. This is not a real sustainable way forward and should be reconsidered. Unfortunately no information during check-in / nor any signs for the fitness center. Air conditioning quite loud - so heat up or cool down the room before sleeping and turn it off. No tresor in rooms available to store valuable items.

Breakfast was good and the room responded to the pictures.

The pool was always way too busy with kids playing loud music.

This property is beautiful. Rooms are clean, lobby is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to Coors field and several restaurants in the area. It was very convenient to have a guest laundry room onsite, but you have to either take the elevator to the lower level or walk up to the 2nd floor and then down to the lower level. There’s no stair access from the 1st floor. The pool and fitness center are on the lower level as well. At the time of our stay, there was only one working elevator, so we chose to take the stairs at times.

The only onsite parking option is valet at $45 per night. This is not disclosed on Booking.com. There are two pay to park lots by the property but in order to park there overnight and not get ticketed, you have to pay at 11:59pm. There’s no attendant in these lots and you can’t get a receipt showing what you paid and when. The whole situation is a bit frustrating.

Breakfast, room, location, price were all great! Bed and linens were comfortable, amenities were impeccably clean, the coffee / tea stand and cookies were a nice welcome!

If possible... Re: parking: it'd be nice if the hotel could partner with nearby lots for adding parking on hotel bill, or discounted rates. Re: breakfast, while the food was great, it did get quite congested with high volume at the waffle maker. Some were making multiple waffles at a time (up to 6!), tying up others. Maybe some assistance from staff would help, like a staffed waffle stand during busy periods. Re: congestion, people were applying condiments in the serving area, again tying up the flow. Maybe have the condiments on table just outside the serving area where the water dispenser was on. Not major issues by any means, just some thoughts to improve the experience, and again, if it's possible.

It’s a good place with comfortable bed and fine location. Almost everything is up to a fair standard. Rooms are relatively spacious and clean.

What I didn’t enjoy were plastic cutlery and paper plates at the breakfast. This is weird and I don’t like eating from fast-food dishes but I’ve seen this in other North American hotels. The immediate surroundings are sad: some sort of parking lots and construction sites. But it’s not on the hotel and as city renovation ends, it will be super nice around there.

The property was beautiful, very clean and in a wonderful area. I really enjoy the complementary breakfast. The staff was AMAZING all caps locks. It was my first time visiting Denver and I was highly impressed.

The only thing I didn't like was it was only (1) elevator I guess the other one was broken but it made the wait time longer then it needed to be and it was super full so you would need to wait for it to go all the way back and then down and then up again.

We really liked our 2 Queen bed suite with a sofa bed. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast -- one day we had Denver omelets, and there were always enough fresh bananas. Location is very central; valet parking is offered but if you are familiar with city parking, you can park on street and pay the meter over an app for up to two hours until you leave in the morning (be aware of the street cleaning signs!).

Only one of two elevators was working, which caused waits at the elevator. The pool closed at 10 pm when 11 pm would have been perfect for us. The remainder of the breakfast foods were standard issue breakfast items, and there were no waffles and no nicer non-dairy milk. Beware of the downtown location -- if you are not a city person, you may be uncomfortable by some of the urban aspects around the property.

Gwen checked us in and she was so friendly and helpful; she actually greeted us with a smile. She also went out of her way helped with directions to Coors Field and a map of the inside of the stadium so we could located our seats prior to going to the game so we would know what gate to go in. So, our stay started off great, she is an asset to the company. The location was good for what we planned to do while in Denver, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good.

I did not like the stainless steel dresser drawers. It took me a second to realize it was the dresser and not a food storage compartment. In addition, they were small and did not hold many clothes. My only other suggestion is in regards to breakfast. The ever popular waffle maker is located in the middle of the buffet and caused backups because of people waiting to make a waffle and crowding around the machine. It caused lines the morning we ate breakfast. If it could be moved further down the buffet line or on the counter opposite the buffet line where the fruit was I think the line would move better. Both of these were minor inconveniences for us.

The facility is of good quality and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The control of the air conditioner in the first room was not working. Hence, we couldn't turn off the air conditioner, which was quite loud that we couldn't fall asleep. Fortunately, the staff immediately helped us change the room where the control was working, and we could sleep easily. Another issue is that there is only an option with valet parking and the guests cannot park their cars themselves.
