Place was clean and fairly quiet. Also, was in a good location.

When we arrived the woman at the counter was on the phone and didn't acknowledge us at all. When she was off the phone, I gave her my name and she said there wasn't a reservation for me. I explained we booked thru booking.com and gave her my printed out copy of our reservation. She told us we were probably at the wrong hotel. I again explained that we were not. She went in the back and another woman came out who was much friendlier and she found our reservation. The other woman basically didn't seem to care and never apologized or acknowledged that she made a mistake.

Great staff, everyone was very nice. The location was great and easy to find for a tourist. Had to use the laundry and it was very clean.

Messy coffee bar and not well stocked. Stopped twice for coffee and cups were gone. When I asked for a cup they handed me one without refilling the cups. The next person that came didn't have a cup. Also no cream, or regular sugar. Multiple days The refrigerator in the room constantly turns off. Coming home to warm water and drinks was disappointing. You could not keep food. There is a button in side that you constantly have to push to turn on.

Location was close to my destination. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Several small details that I liked: proximity badges to unlock the door, a small reading light attached to the headboard of the bed, large TV, fridge and microwave, enough outlets to charge electronics (phone, computer, etc.).

Nothing that I really didn’t like. Heater/AC is kinda loud. I would have liked to use the stairs to go to the first floor, but the marked exit nearby led only to the outside, and I had to walk around the building in the snow and ice to get to the lobby. The facility is fairly new so still a little glitchy, but all the glitches will likely be worked out in time. The bathtub had standing water in it when I arrived. However, my stay was the night before and the night of Thanksgiving, and the housecleaning staff understandably had the day off, and probably needed to prepare for their own holiday.

It’s very modern and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were great.

I have no complaints. Our a/c happened to not be working, but the young lady at the front desk made some phone calls to another customer to upgrade their room and put us in a mountain view room to solve the issue.

Location and value, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy access to major highways. Helpful counter staff.

We paid for a "Mountain View" but instead got a view of the front entrance. If we were on the 3rd floor (instead of the 1st) we may have been able to get that mountain view!

A good variety available at breakfast ,Easy to reach. Good seating available .Rooms very comfortable

Sink area in the room could be bigger, needed a towel hanger more space for toiletries. A little more closet space

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. They served a good breakfast complete with meat and eggs.

The hotel has a small "up front" parking area. It was always a bit of a walk to get into the building especially the first night pushing the luggage cart.

Very clean, awesome atmosphere!

Breakfast was good. The other guests made a damn mess in the cafeteria, not because of the lack of employees doing their job, but because the other guests were inconsiderate and ignorant of others in the cafeteria.

pillows in the bed were super flat and had no support. the breakfast also had fairly limited options and short hours (6:30-9)

Very new, clean modern decor in lobby. Clean room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good amount of variety. Cucumber water by front desk.
