The King Suite was very spacious. the bathroom was nice and the new modern look was very nice. I liked that there was an attached restaurant down stairs that vouchers could be used at. Our room was located on the 5th floor so it was a lovely view of city and especially when it was light snow shower. Very beautiful view. (I’m from Southern California so we don’t see things like this) they also had parking on sight large parking area. received exceptional customer service from Michelle. she was outstanding and so helpful and kind.

only thing was that there no microwave in the suite. total bummers

The staff at the front desk were very nice. The restaurant had good food and drinks and great staff both in the evening and the morning. Breakfast was included and they made a couple of egg sandwiches for us in the morning that we could take with us on our way to the airport. very nice!  The room was quite comfortable and well appointed. They had a mini fridge and a coffee maker. The shower was great and the sink counter very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. 

retired couple with a dog we stayed 4 nights over Labor Day weekend. good location we could walk to several restaurants or eat there. 24 hour Dennys close by felt safe liked it being pet friendly. Exactly what we needed. in town for a wedding. perfect place for us n I would stay there again. very clean n relaxing place. no complaints

Wish it was less expensive but it was over Labor Day weekend. pet fee was 50 plus tax per nite. because we stayed 4 nights they gave us a reduced rate on our pet. very pleased with our stay there and rate included breakfast

The rooms were clean. The facility was newer and modern. The front desk clerk was very helpful and understanding, because when I was reserving the room on my phone, it did not state that there was a pet deposit non-refundable fee. With me being so upset, he reduced my fee some. So, I was very much appreciated. I did not expect it. If I wasn’t already billed for the room, I would have gone somewhere else because of the expensive fee. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was a nice room. The location was fine. I always enjoy staying at Holiday Inns since they are so comfortable.

When I booked it on booking.com it did not state that there would be a very expensive pet fee, which was non-refundable—$100.00, smaller dogs cost $50.00. I now know not to travel with my dog and to plan sooner and not be spontaneous, so I can leave him in a kennel back home.

Staff was amazing, the room was SO clean! Hotel itself and our room was very easy to access and it snowed a ton during the night and the plow truck was out early that morning (We were up it didn't wake us up) and the parking lot area was plowed very well.

For booking a King room the night before, it was 120, wasn't expecting anything less. When I originally clicked on the room it said 84.. then when I selected it and all of my (or lack there of) preferences, it jumped to 109. then tax and what not. Still not very expensive for the great quality of the hotel, staff and room. Probably would have spend the same at a Motel8 and been very unhappy.

Friendly staff and SUPER clean rooms. They even let me store my bags in the office for an extra hour after my checkout. Furnishings were up to date, comfortable bed and very spacious. Very pleased with the whole experience and I'll only choose Holiday Inn for Denver in the future.

I had a lot of bags and it would be nice if staff could anticipate grabbing a luggage cart in this circumstance. But no a deal breaker for me.

Very clean and comfortable. Room was updated and modern. Could hear very little noise from other guests. Great access to freeways, and close to restaurants, etc.

Thought the additional pet fee was high. Amount was not stated at time of booking, and at check-in we were told it was $50 per night for pets up to 35 lbs., and $100 per night for pets over 35 lbs.

Great breakfast. Staff at restaurant was great also.

My booking.com reservation was for 3 people and said it included breakfast, but they only gave tickets for 2. When asked for 3rd ticket, staff was argumentative and finally only gave a 3rd ticket for one day instead of two, rather rudely.

Everything was great except that there is no coffee in the lobby.

The person I stayed with was sleeping when I got up so I couldn't make coffee and had to drive to get a cup. Coffee in the lobby would be great.

It was very clean. The staff were courteous and very friendly. The property was centrally located not far from where we had to go either. The food at the restaurant was superb as well.

Wish you had a shuttle to Red Rocks, but I get it’s just a bit too far.
