Loved the layout and Space in our room. Staff was friendly. Great location.

When we arrived the toilet was stopped up. Jordan was great in fixing the toilet. It appeared that he was the only person working as he needed to run the desk and serve the guests at the same time. We felt that he was being abused by being the only person working. He was terrific and needs to be rewarded for staying calm and respectful.

Loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash containers on the wall in the shower, the heater/ a/c unit was the easiest to use, rooms were nice, showers worked great, and the breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from and they had a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker!

Not anything on the hotel but sounded like people were either running around upstairs the whole night or running up and down the hall the whole night. 🤷

The staff were helpful, pleasant and smiling.

The king size bed in room 308 (I think, that was the room number) was awfully uncomfortable. it was lumpy and low in the middle. I know the importance of a good mattress and my back let me know it wasn’t happy. My husband usually doesn’t notice anything once he is asleep, however even he woke up repeatedly throughout the night trying to get comfortable. The room also had a slight scent of cigarette smoke, but was otherwise clean as could be.

Loved the location, gorgeous views of the foothills from the room I had, as well as the pool/hot tub area-very polite, well manored staff that went out of their way to accompany any needs I may have had. Breakfast was good and fresh coffee/refreshments daily. Hard to beat for the price. Overall very pleasant experience, would stay again 8/10

Walls seemed a bit thin, led to an unexpected early wake up call with vacuum in the hallway, other than the occasional footsteps/door slamming shut in the halls/above me was hardly noticeable. Showers/bathtub could be a bit better, they're fine and had no issues, but overall could've been a bit nicer.

The breakfast with the pancakes and cinnamon rolls were great. I also really liked the taller mini fridge and the long, bathroom counter.

I didn't like that they charged $50 extra dollars per night for dogs up to 50 pounds. We had a tiny, 11 pound, Chihuahua mix, who was as harmless as a baby and never made a sound there. He is potty trained and would never go potty inside the room. It's not fair that we had to pay such an exorbitant rate; the same rate for a MUCH larger dog, and for such a well trained, tiny dog. For that reason, I will NOT stay there again. Tiny dogs like ours, should be free.

My Son n I Absolutely Enjoyed our stay with ya'll. The staff was Absolutely Amazing n very Friendly, Respectful! My Son loved the breakfast especially the pancake machine n of course the pool! Your Housekeeping on 3rd floor were also Amazing n Very Friendly! Thank you for All Your Hospitality during our stay!

The breakfast was pretty generic and the coffee was that institutional type (bad). There is a Starbuck two blocks away so we walked there in the morning.

Booking.com ... we had problems with our flight... which affected our rental car... which affected our hotel. The customer service was... well... despite what they say... it just did not exist. We will never use booking.com again.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Youtopia was a place 1/2 block away that was amazing!! The staff at this hotel were all so sweet. We had a fire scare in middle of night and the girl at front desk was awesome and handled it so well. Loved this hotel.

Great location to start our road trip over the Rockies to Aspen. Friendly staff, lovely room with a comfy bed and a great breakfast. There's a micro brewery/restaurant next door that serves good food.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly. We were in the area to see a concert at Red Rocks, and the location was good. The price was good as well.

Although the room was clean, there was a pair of what looked like men's underwear left behind.
