Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver - Littleton

The breakfast had a great variety both each day and throughout the week. The space was good and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helped us out!

The cooktop didn’t work (we had to use the microwave), toiletries were not replenished until we asked (toilet paper, tissues, shampoo) even though room service came in. We stayed a week. Lighting was terrible—better lights and the place would go from full to cozy. Beds, especially pull out couch were lumpy and unsupportive.

The property is well maintained and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool was great. Had grills. Breakfast was fantastic. Wish the manager’s reception was more than once a week. Our flight was delayed and we missed the reception.

It was advertised as having a full kitchen. We planned on using the ‘full kitchen’. Our unit did not have an oven nor knives that were any good for cutting.

There were 4 of us and so it worked out to be 185 a person to stay 3 nights . The price as well as the suite size was exceptional!!! The fact that we also had 2 bathrooms also was great we didnt have to stand in line waiting for each other.

The couch in the common area needs some updating was about it. We did almost miss breakfast on Monday 🤣 we forgot it was earlier closing during the week Other than that we really didnt have much complaints.

Location was great for us. Breakfast good. Bed was comfy.

It is time to replace floor coverings in the rooms. Two light fixtures the bulbs were out. Refrigerator was very noisy. The hotel charged our credit card $65.00 more than the Bookings total promised price. The lady at check out desk was less than friendly. I asked for a close out bill copy and she said she did not have it as I would be billed by Bookings. That seemed strange as I have used Bookings around the world and never had that response before. She handed me a blank check out receipt and said she didn’t even have my CC # on file. Something a bit shady going on at this hotel.

Large, comfortable, clean room. Breakfasts were good and breakfast area was large, easy to maintain distance from others.

Could have been more fresh fruit at breakfast. Probably okay to stop putting plastic wrap on fruit and purchasing individually wrapped cups. That's not how covid is transmitted usually.

Everything about the hotel was awesome, except the daily cleaning services.

They did not clean our room or take out the trash daily or even at all while we were there for 5 days, and we leafy every day for the whole day. I had to end up taking the trash out and put it in a bigger trash can in the hallway.

Breakfast and location were both excellent as was the room itself. But what really stood out was your superb staff. Everyone we encountered was awesome!!! They were professional, friendly and were absolutely masters of their duties. That alone made our visit outstanding.

Proximity of the ice machine could have been closer. It was in an entirely different wing of the property.

Great location for a wedding and for day trip to WinterPark. We enjoyed the pool and basketball court. Buffett breakfast had lots of options. Clean rooms, and great to have the kitchenette too!

I liked the big rooms. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Good location. Definitely a better than average hotel. Looking forward to staying here again.

Unfortunately, the hotel's water heater went out. We didn't have hot water - couldn't take a shower. We transferred to a different hotel. We only stayed one night of the planned four.

The location was quiet and near the mountains. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. The breakfast included bacon!

The couch has seen better days. On a positive note they are getting ready to update the property.
