Clean and fresh. Decent breakfast area and selection of breakfast food. Bed comfortable and nice bathroom

No maid service unless requested in advance and determined by the number of nights you stayed. Self service towel exchange if you took them to front desk. I know many places did this during Covid but come on hire more staff and offer the level of service we used to have. Also 24 he coffee in lobby but hotel ran out of coffee cups on day 1 of our 3 night stay and never got a refil. Does no one know where costco is. Coffee out of 6 ounce juice cups is poor.

Location was good.

The kind and nice woman behind the desk did not have enough help. Our interaction was interrupted by rude and mean customers who accused her of taking their belongings off the counter. It was a lie. The manager was called. The woman was in tears as she gave us our keys. She said this kind of thing happens every day.Suggestion: 2 employees are needed at all times and maybe a security guard. Some of these customers were very sketchy-looking. Made us feel uncomfortable, although our stay was fine.

Hotel location was great as it is close to Bandimere. Room was clean and comfortable. I like the fact that there is a Denny's and Old Chicago within walking distance. Parking was easy and felt like my car was safe as there were police patrolling the area frequently.

Breakfast was good, however, the waffle batter was apparently cold and would not fill the cups in a timely manner. We thought it was empty, but the clerk at he front desk informed us tat it was just cold. It took longer to fill a cup than to cook the waffles.

Breakfast was simple basic Continental. Everything was good and fresh. The area was clean and very roomy. It was chilly though. We were there during the brutally bitter cold snap right before Christmas.

What I don't like.... (this is not the Hotel's fault)....people who don't clean up after their pets! How hard is it? These are the people who will ruin it for everyone else who is traveling with their pets. There are not a whole lot of places that accept pets and then there is a pet fee which can be quite expensive.

Decade old property reasonably maintained, well priced, located well for my needs. Better than the new cheaply built hotels with no sound isolation. Breakfast was functional and sufficient, Decent coffee available all day.

Hydraulic elevator is scraping on rails. Needs realignment and general service to maximize service life. Downspouts disconnected from gutter and hanging in front of 5th floor window. Reattach downspouts to prevent future intrusion in the second floor flashing, and improve appearance.

The room was huge and very clean and nice, beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and she was very nice and honest. It was more expensive than it was probably worth but nice.

The area isn't the best as far as location and safety. The associate was honest and said there had been car break ins in the area which we appreciated the honesty but left us uncomfortable. In the end all was well and we left with all our belongings.

The handicapped features in the shower were very handy, as was the bathroom chair. And it is pet friendly.

Breakfast was lacking a little in variety; waffles would have been a nice addition. Also, as a handicapped person, being assigned to the 2nd floor was somewhat unhandy, especially with a pet. THE DEPOSIT for pets was never returned, even tho she made no messes in the room.

The location was perfect. The room was ok.

The room needed a good cleaning. The carpet needed cleaning. There was a homeless dirty man hanging around the lobby. He made sexual advances to my daughter & followed her to the elevator. It was reported to the desk & she acknowledge that others had trouble with the same man. That was it!

The staff was great, as were the guests that were also staying there. Able to accommodate my dog, complete with doggie poop bags available outside.

Maintenance could be better. It's the things that can easily be address that can make a huge difference....

Breakfast was an 8 out of ten compared to other motels that we have stayed at recently. What you had was nice but not much of a selection. The hotel is very attractive, both inside and outside. The parking lot was nice, lobby was very attractive.

The carpet in our room was not very clean and we had a major problem with the shower. There is nothing in the shower that prevents water from flooding the rest of the bathroom. No matter how hard we tried, each morning we had to mop up the bathroom floor with our bath towels. Turns out our room "105" is Handicap Accessible but the shower is very poorly designed and even the front personnel acknowledged that the shower is a problem for all guests. There needs to bea lip at the edge of the shower to prevent the water from flowing out of the of the shower area.
