Spacious room. Minimal noise from other rooms (that's not always the case with similarly-priced rooms in other hotels). The location was IDEAL!! In between Rehoboth & Dewey Beaches; we'll be going back :-)

The bathroom was a bit unappealing; the fan was extremely loud. A drop ceiling may not be best in a bathroom. The A/C unit in the room was also very loud - but it did work!!

Wonderful hotel, probably the first I’ve been in that has shown it’s value. Breakfast was amazing too, my boyfriend and I loved the mini waffle maker. The location was on point, close to the boardwalk, the beach, the outlets, gas stations, etc. I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like, besides maybe the lighting of the room. All in all, a great stay, will come back next year.

Comfortable, friendly staff. Very grateful to desk staff, I believe Jessica. She was on duty our first 2 days, April 12th and 13th. She was friendly and very accommodating. Assisted us with moving to a new room on our 1st night because our TV did not work and provided several dining and social setting recommendations. Also friendly and accommodating gentleman at breakfast.

Very pleased with our stay. No dislikes

The staff was exceptional! Attentive and friendly! Whenever we made a request, be it for towels, or room key issues or missing part to room coffeemaker, everything was handled quickly and always with a smile. The maintenance man was unbelievable, cleaning floors constantly, replacing pool towels, friendly and always smiling!

I know hotel is undergoing renovation, and under new ownership/management, but I think for a motel of this size breakfast room needs more seating and maybe extra help for the staff, also if they want to compete with larger chains, more variety of foods.

It was very clean and had many amenities. The continental breakfast was pretty standard but was a great bonus. The staff recommended the Rehoboth Ale House next door and their recommendation didn’t disappoint. **BONUS** it was only a 20 minute walk from the Bottle and Cork where we were going to see a concert. 10/10 I’d recommend for the friendly staff and clean rooms

The staff is really nice and friendly. The room was clean and very big. Great location e good breakfast.

The only “problem” for me were the pillows that were more like throw pillows then “sleeping” pillows. So if you are traveling by car I would say take your own pillow. I had to sleep without pillow because the ones they had in the room it wasn’t comfortable for me.

Decent size room. We were able to spread out a bit. Good location. Good pool. Decent breakfast. Quiet.

There was some mold in the shower. Someone came quickly to clean that up. Thanks Eric. Pool was cold. Couldn't give a measly extra hour more for a late check out when they were not even at full capacity.

Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. Clean bed area. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great and had a good variety of food to choose from.

Everything was great except for the smell that we noticed the second we opened the door. Unpleasant. I'm not even sure how to describe it. And it was a little too noisy from hallway noise.

Friendly front desk staff and others. Convenient, close to beaches. I was happy to see a hook on the bathroom door to hang pj’s, but forgot to get. Left pj’s in bathroom. Very light blue pj’s almost white in color.

Priced too high. I did not have to visit the holiday weekend with grandsons. I should have waited for prices to go down.

Everything, only wished breakfast was until 10:00 am instead of 9:30am. Some family members were sleeping and rushed to get to breakfast before they closed. Some breakfast items were not available or they were completely out.
