I had a fantastic experience with Tiana at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and exhibited a high level of professionalism when accommodating our request for two queen beds instead of a king bed. We truly felt well taken care of during our stay. The suites were equipped with a kitchen area that included all the essential cookware, utensils (forks, knives, spoons), plates, bowls, a spacious fridge, coffeemaker, and cooktops. The attention to detail surpassed even similar-sized Airbnbs. Notably, the cleanliness was outstanding, and there was a consistent supply of fresh towels. The breakfast turned out to be a delightful surprise as well. The variety of items offered was impressive, and each dish was bursting with flavor. I'm already planning to seek out Residence Inns by Marriott for our future family travels. This experience has set a high standard for our expectations.

No complaints.

The location was great, near everything, yet tucked away. The room was well equipped, a decent size for a family of 3. We had a King suite.

1) The shower could have used an extra scrubbing/bleaching; 2) The outdoor pool is substantially smaller in person than it looks in the pictures; 3) I went out to grab coffee from the lobby and on more than one occasion it was empty or cold; 4) Breakfast was terrible if you wanted anything cooked. Only safe things were the bagels, yogurt and fruit. Breakfast sandwiches, eggs, and sausage were the blandest and driest things there. You could make your own waffle though which was a huge plus.

The property was conveniently located to so many things to do in the area. The property was extremely well kept and had lots to offer, from the bar with bar bites in the evening to even a Peloton bike in the gym with a hotel account guests were able to use!!! The breakfast each morning was delicious with so many options and always well stocked. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! Danielle was an absolute gem and everyone we spoke with was super courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating in any way. The big bonus to the property is that it is pet friendly!!!

Honestly, nothing!

The location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The manager that was onsite that evening was amazing. Her customer service skills was impeccable.

When checkin in they couldnt find my reservation. Somehow, my reservation had my first name and my last name switch around. This has never happened an my information is auto saved into the booking website. The manager apologize because they were training new staff (per the staff). Also, in the middle of the night the guest above me were running around.

The facility and room were better than expected. Extremely clean and attractively appointed. William at the front desk was so friendly and helpful when I decided to extend my stay. He took care of everything quickly and thoroughly. He made an excellent impression. There were nice choices for breakfast....and the coffee was always hot!

Would be nice if they included some type of starch at breakfast....ie....potatoes, home fries. Other than that, was happy with everything!

The room was clean, everything was great. The staff was wonderful and even helped us find my child's comfort blanket. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and everything was hot. The staff running it was great. Housekeeping was nice and friendly despite them not needing to go to our room seeing them in the hall they would chat or say hello and ask us how we were doing.

The concierge refused to allow let us do a late checkout. We only needed an 15 extra minutes to finish packing up, not a whole hour. After requesting the late checkout, I went down to see if they had a plastic bag about 5 minutes before check out time, and the concierge said "I was going to call you guys". She wanted to see if we were leaving or out of the room, and it was still before the normal checkout time of 11:00 am. The fact that she gave that response indicated we were being rushed out. The other concierge we talked to the night before was very helpful and friendly.

Room was clean, service we requested for extra pillows and blankets were provided same day as requested. Beautiful set up with outdoor firepit and pool.

My only wish was that breakfast would extend until 10 am so we can sleep in a little Also, I wish in the eve they would offer light snacks of meals (e.g. tacos, hot dogs, hamburgers, spaghetti and meat balls , chicken fingers or nuggets, salads, cold cuts) like the Drury inn hotel does along with two free drinks from the bar.

I loved the size of the room. The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Our bartender Alex was excellent he was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.

I think the acoustics could have been better. I could hear someone in the room next to mine snoring and someone using the microwave.

The room was nice and clean. it was close to dining, shopping and we found a nice quiet place to park for the beach nearby.

It has an outdoor pool that was not available due to the season. It was my family’s spring break so they were really bummed there was no pool. I should have looked more carefully before booking, so it was my fault.
