We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean. I was glad that cars couldn't drive on the beach in front of this hotel. They can most other areas. It wasn't crowded like most places closer to the boardwalk. The restaurant was really good. The fries are some of the best I've ever had. The room was big and super comfy. Definitely would stay again.

The parking area directly across the street was so small with no walkway directly in front. Would be nice to open that up to the next parking lot on down. The music is fun but in the evening it was hard to really enjoy the restaurant atmosphere outside because the music was so loud.

The constant grind had awesome breakfast choices. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful!

The pool could have been warmer. We had to ask for the temp to be higher as the heated pool is why we chose this hotel. Also, be careful of booking on booking.com. The room details indicated ocean view which is misleading. You had to open the door of the room they were going to put us in to even see the ocean. Thankfully the lady at the front desk saw our disappointment and put us in an oceanfront room.

We loved the rooms the beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and very helpful. The waitresses by the pool did not miss a beat whether it was with food or beverage. 

They need to have a better place for accommodating people that enjoy cigars. It was very far away from everything almost “banished“. When my husband wanted to smoke a cigar, he couldn’t be around where the entertainment was because that was not a designated smoking area. However, there were people in the pool with vapes blowing that all over the place so there is a double standard.

Everything! The service and hospitality was just positively overwhelming. From check in to check out, my guests ANS I were treated like royalty, with so much respect, recognition of a special occasion (my birthday). This was our first visit to Daytona, and when we come back we’re ONLY staying at the HARD ROCK. PRESIDENTIAL STATUS is how I felt! I could go on and on, but I HIGHLY, INFINITI TIMES, RECOMMEND ANY AND EVERY ONE to give this hotel a try, any Hard Rock honestly, but Daytona is #1 for me and on the charts!!! My girls from the front desk Tator and Kabola (spell check) surprised me with a special slice of birthday cake from the kitchen. Everything was everything!!! Thanks again, for making my stay, vacay, and birthday another remarkable memory I could never forget.

The pool closing at 11, I really wanted to enjoy the jacuzzi by the beach late night.

A jewel we found in Daytona. Amazing location, customer service and amenities. My daughter loved the underwater sound system in the pool. I loved the view of the ocean while lounging in my pool chair. Size of the room with city view is bigger than rooms facing the ocean. Sessions resto had an amazing seating facing the ocean. So romantic.

Nobody helped us with our luggages upon check-out. And the parking is across the street. Its not in the property itself. Not a deal breaker though

Modern, stylish, rock and roll themes, beautiful beach, small but nice pools and hot tubs, very nice dining terrace, great arcade, friendly staff.

The hotel is somewhat small - in comparison to other hotels of the same company. The member of staff who did the check out didn’t exchange any words, just received the key cards and gave us our printed statement; did not ask about our stay or thanked us for staying which was a bit strange…

The staff was very professional and polite when we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay.

The temperature of the hotel was a little warm due to the weather. The receptionist Nicole was so wonderful in accommodating me with a fan due to the fact I suffer with menopause. I was so grateful for her hospitality.

We were truly treated like "Rock Royalty!" The staff at Hard Rock in Daytona Beach exceeded all of our expectations while staying there. Accommodating? TO THE MAX DEGREE! We can't wait to go back! Do yourself a favor and stay at this site! Ask for Cody, Sky or Michelle as your waiter/waitress, and you will not be disappointed. All three are amazing!! Michelle, the manager, well you can't top the attention to detail and kindness she offered. She is a real gem!

The weather was bad one night....But who cares! All was great during the day!

The hotel was very clean. It was right on the beach with beach access. The hotel atmosphere is very inviting.

I didn’t like the fact that the restaurant doesn’t make people prove the room they’re staying in when charging to the room. Upon check out we had an $80 charge to our room for liquor, by a lady named Michelle. The hotel refunded the money back to our bank, but it’s still unacceptable.

Right on the beach is amazing! We loved that the hotel is active at night. Loved listening to the singer out on the Terrace. It was our 21 yr old daughter’s birthday and she is a new artist and just released her first single so we surprised her with staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. She loved it so much that she hung out in the lobby and wandered around until 4am. Lol Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We will for sure stay at another Hard Rock Hotel.

The parking lot is across the busy street and there is not a crosswalk in front of the hotel. Hard Rock needs to invest in a crosswalk to keep people safe! $5 for a bottle of water is crazy.
