It was a beautiful room and the breakfast was delicious but the view was horrendous 😅 idk maybe you could put a flower box in the windows to have something pleasant to look at it. I was in 233 and I absolutely love the split room it really worked out well for us because my mother snores. Also not much of a pet area I couldn't really hang out with Alice anywhere, I think you should allow dogs in the grassy area by the pool. Also I was shocked that there was no beach access and I had to walk over to the public beach next door to access the beach and this was never mentioned to me upon booking or arrival. Staff were wonderfully helpful and welcoming. May stay again but not more than one or two nights due to the awkwardness of it all 😅

The room was a great size for us. It was my husband and myself, 2 teenage boys (who refuse to share a bed understandably) and a 10 year old girl. The couch pulled out into a bed and we had a twin blow up mattress. There was plenty of space for everyone. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom which worked great for us plus we had a "kitchen" sink as well. My husband and I loved being up early and being able to just walk outside and watch the sun rise over the ocean. There was a variety breakfast that had something for everyone: eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, yogurt, bagels, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and various juice. Coffee available all the time plus ice water. We will definitely be staying here again in future years.

They are VERY stingy with towels. We had 5 people and they only wanted to give 3 towels. We had brought beach towels for the pool and beach but we wanted towels for showers. It was a constant battle. The workers were rude to my husband aside from one or 2 (the morning breakfast person and front desk) but all the workers were nice to me. I don't know if it's because of him being a man and me a woman but it seemed very sexist.

Bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious and clean had enough towels did not have to ask for anything, the air conditioner worked very well and breakfast was good and hot and there was plenty of choices also wanted to commend housekeeping they did their jobs well.

Would have liked to have been informed that there was no access to beach from pool area and that the hot tub was not able to be used, I understand why but would have liked to have known at booking. The pool water was cloudy needed to be cleaned but loved the water fountain.

Great beach view. The breakfast included was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Even when someone was being nasty to them they still remained professional. You can tell there had been some damage from last year storm and can see there needs to be cosmetic things done but overall ok.

Theres a weird chemical smell that was in halls and lobby but not a deal breaker. The pull out couch was pretty gross, from the cushions to the mattress itself. I triple layered the mattress and thankfully it was for kids and not an adult or else there body's would really be hurting. The mattress is very flimsy and smelly. The parking really sucks for this hotel. If your there in time to get parking it's great, but if you can't, the extra parking is across the busy street. And it's 20$ a day for an extra car at the hotel across the street.

The breakfast is really good. The area very clean and has a variety of food, drinks and the dinning area comfy. I recommend this place

The mushrooms in the pool doesn't work, and the iron fence around the area needs maintenance as well as the balconies fence. Also needs a few umbrellas in the garden area.

Our room was spacious and clean as was the property itself. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.

I didn't like that we didn't have direct access to the beach. I do, however, totally understand that it was because there was damage from the hurricane that still needed to be repaired, so it was out of their control. lol also, because I'm such a baby, I would have loved the pool to be heated, but I know had we gone in the summer, it would have been perfect. I can't wait to come back next May.

I loved that the hotel was beach front, the pool area was nice. I like that everything was within walking distance, lots of shops and restaurants near by. The staff was great very helpful and friendly.

There is not enough parking spaces to accommodate all the guests. One of the other guests was told to go across the street and talk to the manager at the facility there and they could park there for a small fee. Also there are 3 ice machines and none ever had ice it could be 3am and the machines where always empty. I don't even know that they actually make ice.

We stayed for 4 days. The room was large and roomy and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. Every worker including maintenance and management was very warm and friendly. Our air conditioner was not cooling properly but maintenance was there pronto and installed a new one in no time at all. A/C was ice cold. Our relatives came to visit with us and swim at the beach and fortunately, the beach access parking was right next door for them. My one and only complaint was the parking. Twice we had to park in the overflow across the street because of no parking spaces. Not too bad for the others but was for me because of my age. I will most definitely stay there again.

Parking but I understand the situation. It was just across the street and we only had to park there twice out of a 4-day stay.

The location is convenient..lots of restaurant choices as well as souvenir shops. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and upon arrival the room was clean.

There was not enough parking space, so guest had to park across the street. We had a group of 5 but the room only had 3 towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths. In order to get more we had to put our dirty ones outside the door and in return we recieved 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 0 washcloths..we did end up having to go to the lobby to get more. The trash we accumulated was never picked up. I had booked what was supposed to be a beach front room but ended up being a room that faced the parking lot.
