good value for money.

front desk chap was not accomodating. inquired about early check in and he only said “it’s not yet time.” he told me to wait and sit by the lobby. 5 minutes later a family came in to check in early. He accomodated them very quickly and got them their room. i was at the lobby looking at him but he did not even notice i was there. had to ask him why he let the other family check in ahead of me. he did not even apologize for this. VERY RUDE! The pool was dirty!

Comfortable beds. The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff kept everything clean and stocked.

Not a dislike, but for those that are not familiar with Jacksonville, the hotel is not in a pretty area. It is NOT unsafe, just near car dealerships, not much around in terms of restaurants. Beaches are 20-25 minutes away. Exits to 295 are 1 minute away (convenient).

it was clean

The person that was next to me had a dog ( not pet friendly I thought) barked all morning and the shower was never cleaned had an old razor with hair in the shower! AC did not work on the wall so we had to keep turning it off manually!

The breakfast had a lot of variety. I really enjoyed the pancake machine. The coffee was just as good as Starbucks. The staff kept the food fresh an at temperature. Fresh fruit and hot cinnamon rolls were an added variety.

Everything was great. Hospitality team was very helpful. The staff gave us suggestions on where to dine. Lots of good eating n the area. We really enjoyed the Crafty Crab. Bono BBQ. We appreciated the Walmart being on the next exit. Sams Club is also in the area easy to find.

Breakfast was tired by the time (8:45) we went down. Cook smaller portions and refresh more often

Everyone was friendly, rooms were very clean,liked having the soap,shampoo, lotion in containers in shower and on wall by sink, excellent idea,. liked mini fridge since we stayed 3 days we could keep drinks in, Breakfast was very nice a lot to pick from and was very good. biscuits and gravy was not very hot on the 3 days we were there. other than that everything was very good.

The room was clean and pretty comfortable, the breakfast was terrific! The shower was hot and had good pressure!

The room was big enough to fit a comfy chair or couch but did not have one, it would have been nice to not have to sit on the bed. Also our room was in the elevator foyer and we walked the length of the corridors before we realized it… annoying!

The room was modern and had a nice large TV. Everything was clean. It was nice that they provide bath necessities in full size refillable containers, not tiny little bottles. The bed, pillows and bedding were all very comfortable. Air conditioner was nice & cold. Breakfast was very good - the selection of hot food was large. The staff was very friendly. We had no issues at all during our stay.

It can be hard to find depending which way you come from but if you pay very close attention to your GPS you should be fine. There is also a very busy intersection with no light so getting out of the area can be hectic at times.
