I found this property to be outstanding! The value for the stay is exceptional. The 24 hour beverages of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate were delightful, and the food service was phenomenal. Kuddos to the professional, hospitable, and kind food service staff. If only I could recall the name of the wonderful woman who greeted us both Saturday and Sunday morning. Such a delight! Free breakfast is a definite plus! Room was spacious and cozy. Everything was clean. If you need extras (toothbrush, comb, etc.) they can be obtained at the front desk along with bottled water.

Visiting daughter at JU made this excellent location with walking distance to restaurants and quick highway access

ice maker on 5th floor was down and the A/C on the 5th floor hall was not working (but sure its fixed now) **most important our room was cool and comfortable.

Cars took handicap parking 😩 they didn’t have the tags or the handicap signs on the mirror vehicles would park how ever they like. This makes it hard for people like me. I think someone should do a check on the parking lot and make sure your customers that’s handicap get the proper parking spot.

We enjoyed our room and breakfast. The staff was Okay. The area is centrally located making it easily accessible to downtown, beaches, and shopping. There was plenty of free coffee which was a special bonus for me. The Tex-Mex restuarant at the property was excellent...great food, good service and happy hour drink specials!

There was not much that I did not like for the price point. The base board trim was loose in the corner by the bed (I forgot to tell them) and the shower door was awkward as the door with the handle inside was stationary so it would not slide. We got noisy neighbors the second night which had nothing to do with the hotel lol.

very clean, staff was very helpful, continental breakfast was delicious, and the location exceeded our expectations. The trip was leisure, so we didn’t need to be in a “prime” location but we had access to so many things.

the pillows were a little too soft for me but that’s a personal preference. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Location great, room quiet, room immaculate, nice fridge and microwave. Adequate usb ports and Wi-Fi fast. Check-in and checkout was a breeze.

Sheets uncomfortable, washed in harsh detergent, conditioner but no shampoo, direct tv did have many HBO channels, but also had a dozen religious channels and endless sports programming. Not a great selection. I stay at many Hilton properties. They are consistently great and have many perks. This one missed the excellence mark.

Hotel was great Booked another night for coworkers through booking.com five minutes before arrival received email saying confirmation not confirmed/ had booked 6hrs prior way to go booking.com will never use again They had received payment though PayPal 6hrs before sending me email saying I did not have a room Luckily coworker had credit card to pay for room at same place

I loved how clean the rooms where also how quiet it was.

I really didn’t like how they said my stay was going to be $360. Then when I checked in it was $420 they never put the rest back on my card after check out! The pool was dirty. The staff wasn’t very informative on anything you had to ask them questions about everything but they were nice.

I mainly stayed for one night but even with such a tiny bit of time I can safely say that the rooms were spectacular and the over all climate of the rooms and clenlyness of the grounds was superb! The staff was also beyond helpful as well!!

The pillows... sadly the pillows used are far to soft and due to this I sadly could not really enjoy the totality of the bed which was beyond comfortable

Great location near Best Bet, Ruby Tuesday and easy access to I-295. The room was large and everything worked perfectly - TV, AC, Coffee Maker, etc. Complimentary breakfast was hot and yummy.
