I liked everything about this hotel, plenty of parking and all the restaurants where right there, about 5 minute drive max. I would definitely go back for another stay.

So my wife and I went to go get breakfast that is complimentary in the hotel. The baked goods looked nice, but where the cereal is, there were sugar ants and lost my appetite. As well as we stayed on the 3rd floor and we handed two pizza boxes to the cleaning people and she took them, then we were leaving to go downtown and went and stopped at the drink machine and the two pizza boxes where sitting next to it, along with a load of other trash. That was about the only dirty things outside the room. Inside the room, the only dirty part was that we found two or three roaches, but they weren't from being cleaned; usually, electric is what they are drawn to.

Pillows were awful, very small, more for decoration, not sleeping. Breakfast good, coffee station great. Everyone very nice and pleasant. I love your across from shopping area.

When I checked in, the front desk service was AWESOME. She was very pleasant and helpful.

When I had to check-out overnight, the night staff at front desk was lazy. I walked by and she was sitting and looked at me. I said, I'm checking out and her reply was simply "Ok" and looked as if I was bothering her. She told me to just leave the key on the counter. Didn't get up or anything. Asked if I needed anything or if I wanted a printed receipt... nothing. I was unsure where she wanted me to put the key, so I looked back at her to confirm...."place it here?" Again, not moving she just yelled "yeah, anywhere up there". Now I do understand, it was around 2am, but still it was night and day from my check-in to check-out experience. Customer service is key, even if you don't have to do anything , you should still make sure my stay was pleasant and there wasn't anything I needed.

It didn't smell industrial clean it smelled pleasantly clean. The staff was always smiling even the maid service ladies were very nice and helpful. Good selection on the complimentary breakfast. I was there four nights and was never disturbed by others (noise in the halls or from other rooms) once. I'll definitely stay again

My key card didn't work every day I stayed (four days). I had to go down to the desk to get new card keys everyday.

The staff were friendly, I was accommodated with an early check-in so I truly appreciated that. Nice lounge areas so we could hang-out outside of our room as well. The room itself was spacious though + good bedding. Family friendly. Not noisy.

Not exactly the hotel's fault but the location isn't ideal. Although the St. Augustine Outlet Mall is very close so if you are aiming for shopping then this is a fine choice and there a few restaurants in the vicinity within walking distance if one dares to try and walk around in the area. I'd say just drive.

Location, breakfast, clean.

What i did not like was the fact that they “forgot” to clean my room. The lady knock on my door around 4/5pm when we were coming back from exploring the city and said “ i forgot to clean your room, is there anything I can do for you?” At that point I said no, but that’s not even a question. You are supposed to clean it, but if you are not in the mood, then at least change the trash bags, new towels. That’s my only complaint

Easy access to I-95, only about 6 miles from Old Town, Fort and tourist spots. Plenty of fast food close by, restaurants to sit & enjoy and very close to the shopping outlets. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, hot/cold breakfast and complimentary coffee/tea (took advantage of the coffee it was decent)

Only issue which is hard for staff there to handle on the spot is pests. We had a small cockroach on our sink that we put an end to. I did let staff know, but I assume pest control is done on monthly or quarterly.

Room was very nice updated but everything was damp, carpeting, any clothing if I took it out of suitcase Cleaning staff was excellent. Front desk staff helpful answered all questions but not the friendliest

The dampness in the room was odd as it was like that in other guests rooms as well When people can't do more than grunt at you at the front desk. They were helpful with asking questions but not the friendliest

Location is close to the highway. Room cleaned. Friendly staff.

House keeping woke me up by continually knocking on my door at 9:40 am. Check out wasn’t until 11 am. The night before I had already packed so I could get as much sleep as possible before hitting the road. She apologized, but my sleep was broken. I needed that extra 40 mins. I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Friendly staff. It was not far to drive to the historic part of town. Breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable.

I was really looking forward to the hot tub, it's one of the reasons I picked this hotel over others in the area. When we arrived there was a sign on it saying it was closed/unable to be used. I could have really used it after all the long walks around attractions.
