Breakfast was very good, and the variety of offerings made for a hearty meal. The room catered to my newly replaced knee, and I was able to shower with no problems. The folding chair was a great idea to sit, dry off and get dressed.

Our room keys did not work properly and the staff could not get them to work, so, we stayed in the room on our last night, got rested and then packed up for our return trip home. We were offered a new room, but to move everything from one room to another for one night just did not work for us. Oh yes, the commode seems to be loose on the floor.

Room was very clean on arrival, but our room never got cleaned during our stay. Was told on our last night, when I called the front desk to complain about it again, that daily room cleaning was not standard, and had to be requested. Ridiculous. This is why I chose to stay at a hotel. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausages, breads, pancakes, juices, warm cinnamon rolls, etc. Was very happy with the hotel, except for the complete lack of room servicing.

Carpeting needs to be steam cleaned, or replaced, stained. Rooms need to be cleaned daily, and if you're not going to do that, at least make that known up front.

From the minute we walked in the staff was great. Our first room the air didn’t work, when we were leaving for dinner we let them know so they could look at it while we were gone. They just automatically moved our room without hesitation. The next morning the toilet had a small issue and it was corrected promptly and it did not reoccur. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff they would go out of their way for you.

The parking lot was a little hard to navigate, that is all that I could really think of

The big room, and smoke-free and pet free. It's not because I don't pet. I'm allergic to pets. I love Miss Ronda she is so nice every time we go out and came back she's willing to help or make sure we are ok thank you so much, Miss Ronda. I hope I spell/ write her name right.

Location was good to malls and downtown. Staff was friendly.

Black mold on ceiling and wall of room (428). Room description stated refrigerator but not one in room. Little choices of breakfast, pancake maker not working. Carpet in hallway on 4th floor was dirty and stained.

The bedroom was nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

I thought the pool area needed to be cleaner. When walking into the pool it smelled awful like sewage. They have poor ventilation.

Room was really quiet and cozy and the beds slept great. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. The hot breakfast was great and convenient too.

We usually came back to the room late and parking was taken up by a lot of Work trucks and people pulling campers (taking up 4 spaces or more) and had to park a few nights across the lot in the other hotel parking area.

Staff was amazing! Made our Girl Scout troop feel so welcome. So accomodating

The only things were forgetting to bring us blankets for the pullout bed as it had no bedding. Also, didn't restock the muffins or yogarts at the breakfast bar. Would have liked some hash browns instead of 2 types of sausage. Other than that perfect!

The property was in a very good location. This is my first visit to Saint Augustine. Actually, the outlets were a little too close. Lol but any place I needed to fine I was able to get to it with no problem.

the house cleaning staff on 2nd floor was very helpful and courteous. also love had bus service to the old town trolley

breakfast was out of things every day we were there. the lady that was helping keep saying waiting on truck.
