Breakfast was great for COVID. Had a real full breakfast (Waffles, omelettes, potatoes, etc.) and not the to go breakfast boxes that most hotels are doing. Location was phenomenal! Just 10-12 mins down the road from the historic district, literally just a straight shot.

Everything was quite nice. Breakfast, hum...it would be better if you used real eggs. The biscuits and gravy were just that, there was no sausage in the gravy, however the biscuits were very good. I'm down south and there was no sausage in the Biscuits and Gravy. Having Coffee, Tea and Cocoa all day and night was a great feature. Staff were kind and friendly! Another reason why we always stay at Hampton Inns. You can count on the cleanliness and the exceptional staff. Thank You Hampton Inn Staff!

This was a "normal" Hampton Inn stay - which means it was just about perfect for our needs. What put this one "head and shoulders" above the usual was the staff - especially Michelle at the front desk when we arrived. She was the perfect example of a wonderful and valued employee. She was friendly and very efficient, of course, but somehow her demeanor just made us feel honestly welcomed. It was a nice feeling.

Curtains didn’t come down far enough to block out all light in room 308. Nearby floodlight light came in at bottom of curtains. Carpet in hall on 3rd floor in need of cleaning by elevator.

Need more luggage carts or maybe put a timer on them or a big top bar so they don’t fit in the rooms - people were getting them and keeping them in their rooms for long periods of time - we could carry ours but we saw elderly people that could have used them!

All of the staff was exceptional! Everyone was very accommodating. The facility was clean. Highlight was having gluten-free free options for breakfast.

I didn’t receive an invoice for my stay when I asked at the front desk. I need the invoice to get reimbursed for my business stay. I was told it would be emailed and I haven’t received it at this point.
