Home2 Suites By Hilton St. Augustine I-95

Breakfast was really good and location accessible to 95 really convenient.

After checkout and the following day's they charge me 8 times the price in my banks account. But my husband pay in advance when we book 2 weeks before the stay. When we arrive they ask me for a deposit and I give my card for it and they use that transaction to charge me several times . My bank account now is overdraft and they charge me additional fees for it. And when I call the hotel there are nobody that can help or give solutions. The only answer is wait until Monday. I hope my bills can wait as well...

The hotel is beautiful! The room size is excellent with a full size fridge and all the kitchen utensils you might need. The fridge offered a freezer so we could freeze our ice packs! The lobby and outside areas were very nice.

The only issue we encountered here is there was essentially nothing for breakfast. No hot foods, no breads. A couple of yogurts very few pieces of fruit. The juice seemed to be watered down. You could make a waffle but the only choice for syrup was sugar-free. The woman working the food area was unapologetic. She just said it was a busy weekend. We stayed there over Sunday evening. I would think the management would have been aware of this shortage the prior morning and would have seen that some food was brought in! Other than this the hotel was absolutely lovely and I would attempt to stay there again.

DOGS!!!!!!!!! I wish Hilton would QUIT allowing dogs in hotels. Keep Fido at home!!!!!!!! Actually I wish people would quit taking their dogs everywhere.

Our stay was fantastic! Beds were comfortable, fitness center was amazing, continental breakfast was great, staff were extremely friendly and always made sure we had towels or anything else we needed, parking was never a issue! will definitely stay again!

Pool could of been cleaner but I think it was due to things falling out of the trees right over it. Although , the pool never had anyone in it when we went so that was a plus!!The last night of our stay a whole group of younger people came in and they were loud, over flowed the trash cans. Just wasn’t as peaceful as the previous 3 nights!

The facility was extremely clean which is always nice. The area was easy to find

I had an issue with my room and was told that it would be compensated fully however because the receptionist did not create a report they only compensated me partially. The receptionist told me I could either move rooms or stay in the room and be compensated fully but the following day I was told that because we stayed in the room, and no record we would only be partially compensated

My family and I had a very pleasant experience at Home2Suites. The front staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean as well as staff checking for any additional services needed. Although the location was a few miles away from St. Augustine attractions, the hotel made up for it with the amenities. Such as, the front desk having candy, beverages, and other snacks for sell that is usually not in vending machines. We had such a good experience, my daughter wanted to stay a extra night at the last minute. Staff was very accomodating for a last minute request in our reseverations. We will return again.

The location is a few miles away from most attractions; however, I will drive a little extra for clean comfort.

Everything was great. From the moment I checked in until I left. Breakfast was great. Your front desk employee Cameron, has very high customer service skills and had the morning started on a very positive note. He had all items ready for the breakfast and made sure that everyone was been taken care of. His positive, caring and respectful way of dealing with your customers will keep people coming back. I am hoping to see him on our next trip. Hopefully he will still working for you guys. A talented person like him will be stolen and taken to a competitor or another company for his excellent customer service skills. Thank you Cameron for a job well done.

The garbage I nder the kitchen sink was not removed feom the previous guests.

Facility (from lobby to room) was exceptionally clean and well kept. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Every staff interaction was efficient, professional, and friendly. Location is centralized and yet very peaceful. The game night event offered in the lobby was thoughtful and fun. I'm a frequent traveler and can get very picky about hotels but the Home2Suites By Hilton St. Augustine I-95 exceeded all expectations. Stay here on your next visit to St. Augustine!!! Great job team!!!

Just being picky since everything was so great...breakfast options can be better.

it was very clean and very nice

The bed was really hard and the sheets were not fitted well and kept coming off the bed. The staff were not friendly or helpful. When I called for towels he sounded bothered and told me to come down and get them, then when I came down both staff were playing on their phones and acted like i was bothering them.

The room had everything and even more. We and our friends were impressed by the size of our standard room and the amount of the appliances it had(including safe, iron, full refrigerator with the freezer, microwave, dishwasher with dishes, cups, forks and spoons and more). It was pretty quiet and nobody was telling us to wear a mask. Parking was big enough, good breakfast.

I had not the best experience with the guy on the front desk who messed up something and gave us a wrong room that was occupied already and we lost about 30 minutes to figure things out. The swimming pool is small and is on the side where the sun never shines. But these 2 things are the only bad ones that I could think of and I am usually very picky.
