The breakfast was really good. The air conditioner stopped working in our room and they had us in another room in 10 minutes right across the hall. The manager was very nice and took care of the issue so fast. That was excellent customer service. All the staff were friendly and asked if we needed anything. The room was very clean. We loved that there was a gas station and McDonald’s and Cracker Barrel in walking distance. We will definitely stay again and recommend y’all to our friends

We enjoyed the daily breakfast. The location was very convenient to every place that we visited and we visited a lot of places.

Nothing - we were satisfied with everything. The only comment we have is that the hotel could use a little updating.

The room we were in was clean and comfortable. Everything worked like it should. The staff was friendly. The bathroom had been renovated.

The breakfast area ran out of food and had very little when we got there. Some items were missing. It looked like the desk clerk was trying to keep the area stocked with everything. Maybe they were shorthanded on employees that morning. The juice machine was out of order.

It’s right off the freeway and there where Starbucks, McDonalds BK Denny’s within walking distance location close to the historic sites

Breakfast was good. Need to make sure the waffle maker works better!! Room was quieter than what I expected. Great.

Need to make sure you clean the cockroaches behind and on the side of the couch. As well as move the nightstands occasionally to clean behind and under them. Also, you don't have enough outlets on the left side of the bed behind the night stand to plug in the radio!

The rooms were clean and it was quiet and the staff was pleasant.

The elevator stopped working during our stay. The breakfast layout was poorly planned. The juice dispenser was not fully stocked and there were no signs to let you know. For example, the Apple juice selection was pouring water but you did not know it until you drank it and the waffle maker had no batter mix to make waffles.

the signage going to the building .Too hard to find special at night, There's should be a sign near the gas station, The clear at night was not very friendly or maybe she was not used to talking to people. She should be conversant so people will be more comfortable.

This was my first positive experience with " if we can find a room" and actually enjoying the place we stayed. We were very unprepared for our day trip to turn into an overnight stay. It was the quietest hotel stay we have had!!!!! The room exceeded expectations and we were surprised by the pool😊 I will definitely plan another stay!!!!!
