The rooms were so nice and big. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was great! We had a room right by the pool, which was nice.I would definitely recommend!

The location is kind of hard to get in and out of because of the traffic and no left turn into the hotel, you have to go all the way down the road and do a u turn to come all the way back to the hotel. But this is no fault of the hotel. The hotel itself is great!

We noticed a puddle of water near the sliding door. Housekeeping had placed a mini fridge on the balcony above us to defrost and the excess water had leaked onto our ceiling near the door. After she had cleaned the floor, she apologized for the trouble, I had asked if there might be an extra desk chair we could use to at the desk for our laptops. The nest day it was in our room when we returned. It was appreciated . Location was good. Several places close for breakfast.

The room was nice but the small couch was very uncomfortable and was the reason we asked for the extra desk chair. We had trouble with the keycard and usually took several tries before we could get into the room. Would have liked safety bars in shower, Traffic noises .

Everything was great except the bed was a little soft , and the water was soft . The Location was terrible , a lot of road constuction in front of hotel it was hard to navigate thru the cones to get to the motel . Across the street was a Adam & Eve Porn storn area was shady , but Over all the Staff was very nice and the room was clean .

We wanted a low-cost, brand-name hotel in Saint Augustine for five nights, and that's exactly what we got. Only five miles from the historic district, clean, comfortable, right off of I-95.

The "continental breakfast" was hardly a breakfast, consisting of only muffins, fruit and coffee. Fortunately there's an IHOP right next door.

My rooms are always warm and welcoming. Very clean and well supplied

******THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT - THERE ISNT ENOUGH ROOM BELOW TO SAY WHAT I WANT******* I just want the staff to know how much I appreciate them. They are very warm, welcoming, helpful and laugh at my stupid stories. You have a wonderful team working here and just want them to know how special they make me feel when I stay here. Thank you for all you do to make my stays so pleasant.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and it was all around peaceful 😁

The only improvement would be a better breakfast. They have it from 6 to 9 am but everything is gone by 7 and they do not restock it

The location is perfect right on the main road to lead into the historic area. The staff at the front desk were friendly at check in and out as well as the cleaning staff.

Need to update pictures, incorrect pictures on website. Place under construction but was fine for money.

Noticed that the construction in room was poorly done. All access doors to go outside had no door handles or locks on them.

Great Location; near lots of restaurants and close to downtown Saint Augustine. cable TV has many channels most hotels don’t have.Staff seemed very friendly

We got there Thursday to Sunday and our room was near cleaned or refreshed even after I spoke with 2 ppl cleaning. No microwave

The rooms are very spacious. It's about 15 minutes from the old town and right along I-95. The stuffs are really nice. So does the breakfast.

Not clean enough. I found cockroaches and a frog on the floor. The floor was dirty.
