-management got mad because we were running our water to long.trying to take a bath ;(

Room was clean and quiet, front desk was nice and accommodating. Liked having the I Hop there for breakfast. The resturant was very well run and food was good.

Time to update the facility. All was as expected. It was clean and glad to see no rug on the floor, but walls need painting and bathroom should be updated. Time to brighten it up. Would be willing to pay a little more for the updates.

I loved the open court yard and pool area. The hotel booked me and my friends room side by side, so we could pop in and out. I really liked that the door wasn’t an automatic close, so we could leave the door open and enjoy the night air. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and everything is we clean. We went over Mother’s Day weekend, and it was about 15 mins driving distance from downtown and right next door to an outlet mall. The parking lot was safe at night too. Pet friendly. Other people might have different opinions about their stay here, but I personally enjoyed it and had a great time with my friends. Best prices around too. Will definitely stay again.

We asked for a nonsmoking room, but it must have been a smoking room at one time because it smelled horribly like smoke. We asked for a different room, but that one smelled just as bad. Some of the vacant rooms on the first floor had their windows open, and we could see all the old beds, etc inside. It was hard to find where to check in because it was so small and looked more like the entrance to IHOP. We had to ring a bell for the guy to come check us in. Everything about this hotel is outdated, but I didn’t mind it.

The staff was wonderful, friendly, accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the pool was clean, well maintained. The motel is right off I95, only about 10 mins from historic St. Augustine. There are lots of places to eat.

The "adult" businesses in the area. Also the wifi was not very strong

Great staff, their very friendly. Everything was very clean. I thought it was better staying at this location instead of downtown because of all the heavy traffic in town. Also this location was close to outlet shopping and chain restaurants. They had a mini fridge and microwave in our room which was great.

The walls are a little thin and we can very easily hear the people next to us go in and out of their room and most of the conversations they were having outside. Our bed was a little hard, but we like a softer mattress. The hotel is starting to get some age to it.

We stay at this hotel because it's close to my mother and lots of fun shops. It is a very decent hotel w friendly staff and affordable prices.

I didn't like that the room we were in we had to park in the parking lot and walk around the building in the rain to get to our room. Each time we left, we had to walk in the rain to get to our truck. We are used to parking in front of our hotel room door. Next time I don't want room 146...

Close to interstate and restaurants and shopping

The carpet needs to be replaced in the room. The TV remote did not work.

The room was spacious and quiet and the much used ice maker was only a few steps away. In room microwave, fridge, hairdryer, bathtub, shower, tv and functioning bedside lights made this excellent value . Each of our beds had THREE pillows, and they were actually delightfully comfortable. Our room was non smoking, however many patron did indeed smoke right outside their rooms, consequently ours as well,so there were plenty of cigarette butts in the grass. Convenient location for when we visited St. Augustine and a subsequent day trip to Amelia Island.

The two sex shops across the street are a little off putting and the lobby is a bit decrepit, however once you are in your room it made no difference to the comfort of our room.

cops were out there a few times people running around the property a man was walking around in only boxers it was very uncomfortable
