we were 6 miles from historic district but I knew that. for cost it’s good

I was caught in a storm so I arrived late and was really tired. The person at the desk was super nice and made me feel good.

I tried calling the hotel because I wasn’t sure my GPS was taking me to the right address. It took me a while to get the direct phone number to the hotel. Calling the one on my reservation was a hassle. Push this number…then this number… tell the machine what it is you want and then wait a long time for a live person to answer who then could not find the reservation. I truly dislike automated customer service. After 30 minutes of searching on google I was able to find the number to the specific location.

Great price, great location, comfortable beds and pillows! My sister and I both have bad backs, so comfy matresses are very important. I am happy to report that we both had a great night's sleep! Friendliest staff ever and delicious biscuits and gravy at breakfast! I will definitely stay here again if I'm back this way.

Unsure if it was their fault, so hesitant to say, but the tile floor was a bit sandy under bare feet. My sister and I had both already walked on the floor wearing our shoes while unloading the car, so it could have been our fault. This was the only issue I had, and I can't blame them.

Near I-95, and a few miles away from historic St. Augustine. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts if you did not want the hotel coffee. No eggs or sausage at this chain. Did have biscuits and gravy. Thu usual cereals and oatmeal And fruit. The hotel also can call for the Trolley to pick you up. That way you can leave your car at the hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the manager, Karina, was exceptional. She accomodated us when we arrived 2 hours early, since there was an available room.

The tables in the breakfast area needed to be wiped more often, and the garbage cans in the same area needed emptying more often. Not a huge deal though.

Spotless clean room and and exactly what I wanted to find in a budget hotel. Located very closely to I-95. The fact that there's no carpet on the floor adds to the cleanliness of the room. Adequate breakfast for the cost of the room and friendly staff. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Adding some fresh fruit to the breakfast bar would have been a plus, but this does not discourage me from repeating my visit to this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, great shower water pressure. We were traveling with a dog and the outside grassy area was very nearby-- right outside our downstairs room by the pool. Hardwood floors, no carpeting in rooms which is smart for a pet-friendly hotel. Great location near places to eat-- desk staff recommended Ford's Garage which was a fun place to eat.

Friendly and efficient staff, huge tub, comfy bed and pillows, extra towels upon request. Had a slight problem with toilet and management took care of it right away!

Jets in tub didn't work. My husband has a bad back and often has to soak in the tub with epsom salts. The jets would've been very beneficial.

The facility is very clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful, thanks to Sabrina and Karina at the reception desk. The bed was very comfortable. We like very much the fact that there is no carpet in the room!

It would be great if the breakfast could offer some "salt food" options (like ham/eggs), not only sweet food. The apple juice wasn't tasty, but the pancakes and yogurt were good! I don't think of anything else we did not like at this hotel.
