Its location was very good - just off the interstate, but also only about 10-15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine.

I did happen to arrive a little early before the regular check-in time and had to wait about an hour.

Everything was good at this hotel! A week prior, I stayed in a LaQuinta off Lenoir in Jacksonville, Fl, and that hotel left me vowing to not never stay in another LaQuinta. Not only was the room not equipped with appliances as stated,their were stains everywhere. I could not get my money back. Once arriving to LaQuinta in St.Augustine, from the great staff to the lobby to the cleanliness of the room, the hall floors, the bathroom ,the elevator, breakfast and the parking were excellent. If ever passing through St. Augustine, I encourage you to stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

No complaint

The staff was friendly but phone busy for check in. The room was better than I expected for the price. I liked that there was no carpeting. It had high ceilings and I could hear the people walking above but that did not keep me awake. Plenty of clean towels and they were soft. The bed linens were a bit worn but looked clean. Overall I would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was OK not great.

Staff was awesome and super friendly. If I needed something, especially for my kids they were there to help. Super comfortable! And great breakfast if you’re smart and get up an hour and a half before close (9am), plenty of hot food until close just no cold foods (cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, etc. little to none after about 8 am )Kids loved it though! Will definitely be staying here again. And again the staff had amazing customer service.

Breakfast i wish was an hour longer. 9 seems early to close. That was a first every la quinta has been 10 am breakfast ends. You could tell that it was getting to the nitty gritty at 9. So there either isn’t enough put out on purpose or that place is REALLY busy in the morning. If I waited for my kids to get the cold part of breakfast they would have missed out big time. On bread, cereal, yogurt GONE by 8:30. I did have to ask for waffle mix 15 mins before close and it was brought out. Thank goodness call all the cold/easy grabs was like I said gone 30 mins prior to closing.

The guest above keeps banging stuff and making loud noise after 11:00 pm it was really hard to go to sleep. I went to the front desk staff and complained he said he would take of it but the noise last for awhile. The information in website wasn't accurate between the distance the place where I going to spend my time doing the day it said it was a little bit 800 feet but it was over 8 miles and I didn't like that because at the end of the day I was very tired.

it was close off the Internet, which was nice. It allowed you to have animals at a reasonable cost and the room we stayed in was clean and fresh smelling. breakfast was very good, but they had the same thing every day. The only complaint we had about our room is there was not enough light the only way we could really see anything was to open the windows curtains …which sometimes didn’t behoove us to do so. there were 4 lamps and that was it. We had to use our Flashlight sometimes on our phone to read things. but the room was plenty big enough for us. Bathroom was a little small.

Breakfast was really good, comfortable beds and the room was pretty big.

The lady that was helping in the front desk, I think is a little rude to that position. I don't know, it's only my opinion. I wouldn't have her welcoming the guests. On the other hand, in my room you could hear the floor squeaking in some areas and I got 2 calls from the front desk saying that there was a complaining from the room dowstairs.

The hotel has requested that Booking up their records. The hotel has no smoking rooms and there is a pet fee, not it may apply.

See above. Only stayed one night because hotel was not what booking stated. My last booking payed $242.00, house had no furniture. THIS WEEK HOTEL NOT AS ADVERTISED. IM OUT OF $165.00, checked out and went back home wasted trip. Booking have done nothing for my troubles this month..

I loved that it is a inside hotel. It was extremely safe feeling and we were out till 8:30, and felt safe coming through the parking lot with a 5 month old. Nice and quiet, rooms were pretty large! For 3 adults and 1 infant, we had a great stay, will ONLY use this property from now on!
