I arrived very late at night. The young woman at the front desk was so nice and attentive. Very welcoming. Offered to help, which I didn't need. But it was very kind of her to offer. Breakfast was above and beyond. Even tho I only had coffee and a banana, it was great to have so many delicious looking options. All and all a short, but very pleasant experience.

There were a few pieces of plastic on the carpet that a vacuuming should have picked up. No other complaints.

THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY THE FRONT DESK STAFF. ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, VERY CLEAN AND QUIET. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY TASTY AND JENNIFER MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FULL, SO EVERYONE COULD GET PLENTY TO EAT. PLENTY OF PARKING WITH A STORE NEXT DOOR TO GET WHATEVER YOU FORGOT. CHECK IN AND OUT WAS QUICK AND THEY LET US CHECK IN EARLY.

THE ONLY PROBLEMS WE HAD WERE THERE WAS NO HAND SOAP IN THE BATHROOM AND THE SECOND TV IN THE ROOM HAD NO REMOTE TO TURN THAT TV ON. THE TV REMOTE FOR THE ONE TV WOIULD NOT WORK ON THE OTHER.

The location is convenient to the airport and to the towns of Melrose and Keystone Heights where I had business. The refrigerator and microwave in the room were pluses. The breakfast bar had different options and the small business area and fitness room were great to have access to in not knowing the area. Very friendly and helpful front desk and kitchen staff.

My second stay was on the first floor near the ice machine. This can get loud at times.

Cathy, Karen, Lee, and Kim are true gems 💎 Karen assisted my family and I with check-in after a longgg drive and ensured our needs were met as I have a family of 6 including a infant and 3 other children. Cathy was as sweet as can be and delivers a 5 star breakfast experience! She was also so nice to talk to and share some of the tourism spots for us to check out. The room was soooo pretty. You can tell they have been renovated with new modern fixtures and all! My daughter loved the extra sofa bed for her own personal space. Was close to shopping and dining, we loved the cable service also! I can go on and on about this place haha!! It's in my saved places to go in Florida now, thank you ladies for being so kind and accommodating to my family!!🥰

That we couldn't have stayed longer... booooo.

Staff was absolutely great, friendly, attentive and responsive. The only negative was my room's shower had not be serviced before I arrived. I informed the following morning and the shower was cleaned with sincere apologies for the over site and I believed their sincerity completely. They earned my loyalty.

Use of low pressure shower heads.

Room was very clean, pillows were excellent, bed was quite comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, and parking was very good considering we were hauling a trailer. It was easy to locate and pretty quiet, considering it was so close to the road. Desk attendant was very nice and helpful.

I could not get the TV to work properly, but also did not bother staff to assist. Pool did not look very clean, although some were using it and smoking while in it.

The breakfast was excellent and the lady working on the breakfast room was so nice. Our room exceeded our expectations. The people at the reception desk were nice and helpful. Everything in the room worked and it was clean. The hotel was an older one but appeared to have been very well renovated.

Every thing was fine.

Clean and convenient

We have stayed here multiple times and always ask for a non pet second floor room. Reason being pets are supposed to be located on the first floor. This stay there were barking dogs on the second floor. Made my stay less desirable.

Breakfast was great. It’s a small hotel so you had to make most of it yourself, except for eggs and sausage. I thought that was fair.

The only tiny downside the entire stay was our room was a little noisy. We could hear people in the hall, doors closing, and other loud noises.

Breakfast was good, waffles came out chewy. But next day they had the new machine in use so I miss that. Love location my nephew and family is right in Waldo, so a +.

Shower was terrible, could not get it even. Either way too HOT or cold. And tub would not drain properly. That needs to be looked into.
