Jackie!!! Such a welcoming, friendly face! Very pleasant and very accommodating. We traveled into the area for a funeral. Under sad circumstances, it was nice so see Jackie’s smile. NEVER have I been asked what floor would I like! She said she had rooms on all floors! We opted for the first floor. The breakfast included FRESH fruit!! Loved that! ( other than the ubiquitous banana / apple ). Location great! CLEAN!!!

Staff was very friendly. Quick check-in and check-out. Good size room, great bathroom with enormous walk in shower. Comfortable bed. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Good location, a bit off the highway, so nice and quiet, yet easy access. Nice complimentary breakfast.

Good breakfast and nice and quiet facility with many restaurants in a walking distance. Next to Collections in Forsyth which is very happening place. Beds are very comfortable and clean bathrooms.

Internet sometimes goes down and air-conditioner is on automatic set which blows cold air after 10-15 minutes of use in such a chilly weather.

Breakfast was very good and many options on the buffet. The room was clean and all the staff I encountered were super friendly and always had a smile on their face. The location is a plus, it’s next to tons of stores and restaurants walking distance. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again!

I would have liked a room with a tub/shower but didn’t request. Not sure they have them anymore?

The rooms are always clean, big bed and comfy. Great breakfast with many options. Staff very friendly.

The gym area is not large, just a couple of people can use it at the same time. The pool is small too indoor but works very well.

Not enough bright light in bathroom for my wife makeup, and the guest upstairs had heavy feet making big noise everytime he or she walked

I did not like the breakfast. Very few items to choose from. The bar even ran out of orange juice on our second day.

The facility is very clean and well kept. The beds are very comfy. Very nice place and worth the money. This was the third visit for us. Great place to stay.

The only thing that could be better was the sausage on the breakfast bar. Other than that, breakfast was ok.

The hotel staff was great! They made the changes to my reservation as needed after booking on booking.com as booking.com claimed they were unable to reach the hotel to request the changes-this after being inform they did not have the right phone number for the hotel.

I should have never used booking.com and just booked directly through the property. The property was great. Booking.com not so much.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Helped me find a Catholic church close by and gave me directions. Checkout was easy too.
