the staff were very friendly and the service was very good

One of the receptionist cancelled my reservation intentionally although I put my check in at 11:00pm and due to overbooking in the hotels there he did not wait for me to arrive hotel and he cancelled the reservation although I had a confirmation of reservation and he tried to excuse this incident of my credit card declination although by the next day my credit card was working normally and I could pay and stayed up to Thursday 9 February anyway thanks God I could solve the reservation again due to some other staff by next day on 7 February there who was very nice and gentle and he was very helpful and supportive.

Was close to downtown, bed was okay but durable. The room could've been cleaned better. And I didn't have any food at this location. I would stay again if I got a better room or maybe non on the 5th floor

I asked for a non smoke room and the room smelled like cigarettes and the room was dirty. Overall it was a prime location but the room was old, carpet was stained and the bed sheet was stained as well

Check-in was very simple and I was grateful to the receptionist that I was able to check in early. Breakfast availability, while not a whole lot of variety, the food available was still good. My room, for the most part, was comfortable.

I wish the water pressure from the shower head was a little bit stronger. Unfortunately, the fridge in my room did not keep cold foods all that cold, so it seems it might give out sometime soon. And there were little stains on the comforter of my bed towards the end facing the entertainment center.

the property was very nice, the room was so much bigger than I had expected with two beds in it.

I had a leak in the bathroom when my grandmother took a shower and then me but I think it’s because of the air vent not working in the bathroom. There was also a wet spot infront of the mini fridge, I thought it could have been one of our shoes because when we had checked in at 5/6 it was raining but unfortunately it was there the following morning around 8 but when we came back later that night it wasn’t really wet anymore more damp and was completely dry the next day. probably just a small leak from the mini fridge being it was infront of it. Nothing major

This hotel was extra special. Super big room with a king bed, desk, chair, arm chair, fridge and everything else you might expect, everything looking very decent and clean and neat. Big bathroom, too, with bathtub. Super nice and comfortable. There were notes from the staff on the table, just a bit of personal touch to it. The area is directly next to a highway and easily accessible.

There was still some noise coming from the highway nearby, but ear plugs solved the problem.

I travel a lot and book hotels often. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel, mainly thanks to ALL of the staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. The facility was also very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. it was very quiet and private. the breakfast was always fresh, with good options.

it was a little far out of town. it was easy to reach by car since it’s close to the highway, but my friend and I decided to walk to atlanta downtown and the area wasn’t that nice. but that’s not a big minus.

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean for the most part. The bed was clean and comfortable.

We were told by the front desk that the location was next to Georgia Tech stadium which was incorrect, so we had to pay for Lyft both ways to the actual stadium.

The service used to feel like I was using a 'gvmt voucher'. Then I met Mr. Eugene and I felt like an actual GUEST! Car broke down on interstate/1000 miles from home on the Holiday... But the great service I received Saved my Spirits ! Thank You, Mr. Eugene and the nice lady at the counter. Many Salutes!!!

The General manager was so friendly, he is a distinguished gentleman the staff was excellent too and the breakfast was excellent
