Great location - we were in town for a concert at State Farm Arena and a super easy walk to the venue. Easy check in. We had drinks at the bar before the concert and the staff was very friendly. We ordered food and it took a bit (lots of pre-concert people) and the manager “comped” it and one drink because of the time it took to fill the order. We’ll definitely stay there again if coming to either the Mercedes or State Farm arenas.

Everything was cashless, so it made it a little hard to tip the bartender (who preferred cash) and the valets.

The hotel has a Main Central location, which is wonderful. Most staff were friendly, the extra security of having to scan your room key on the elevator to get to another floor reassured safeguards are in place.

They did not offer complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately did not have an experience with breakfast at this hotel. Pillows were very rigid. Environmental services did NOT stop by our room; not even one time. We had to call the front desk OR locate a service member in order to have clean towels, washcloths, toilet paper, as well as Kleenex. Our trash cans were never emptied and the valet parking was not worth the $43 per night when we checked out we loaded up the car ourselves and proceeded to leave upon checking out.

I didn’t know how to think about this hotel. It is very much geared to millennials which we are not. There is almost no service. You literally check yourself in and make your own key cards. It feels like a Walmart self checkout which I also hate and my daughters love. No front desk person. It was a total change from our hotel in Helen Georgia which is a little country inn. But once we got past that it was a fun, interesting and modern hotel. The room was incredible and by far the most interesting room we have ever been in. The hotel is clean and super quiet and in a great location. The neighborhood may be a touch sketcky. But we are from a smallish town in Canada so I don’t know.

Valet parking is really expensive. And the valet really pushes you not to leave your car in the public parking across the street which is cheaper. Maybe it’s not safe to park there? Not sure. Also no breakfast included. And no real front desk person. Just someone that kind of hovers over all of the self checkout kiosks.

Love the staff and atmosphere, and the comfort of hanging out and spending time on the 1 st floor aka lobby but you would never know! Loved all the different areas you could go to within the hotel it was alive and upbeat energy

The Alexia wouldn’t work, the house keeper couldn’t speak English and I can’t speak Spanish!! Don’t like you have to order food at the bar and I think the value of food vs price sucked! The AM bartender was rude and couldn’t handle the volume and was all over the place! It’s a shame we left on a dissatisfied customer service from him But the rest was fine.

Convenient check in and friendly staff

Valet service was very slow and not accommodating for guests. There are also no Large body towels offered. I had to dry off with hand towels which is not acceptable.

As soon as you walk into the lobby the vibe of the Lobby is ATLANTA all the way. You're greeted with music, smiles, the bar, lights, just a very outgoing atmosphere. The staff was outstanding with helping you with anything that you needed assistance with. The entire Hotel is a smart hotel, but the staff is always there if you need help. The rooms are soooooo nice and my group and I loved the decor of the entire room and hotel. Even though there was a DJ/Day party going on downstairs in the lobby and a day party at the popular rooftop bar also with a DJ there was zero disturbance to the guests inside because the halls and guest quarters are sound proof which was a plus!!!! Being right next door to the Mercedes Benz Stadium our room literally looked out to the best view. The lobby opens completely up to the outdoor patio/dining area making it an indoor/outdoor lobby during their events which was nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay. I would recommend Reverb for group trips. Not quite couples getaway.

Nothing I really can't say I didn't like.

My teen loved the Alexa in the room where we could call out songs so that he could play along w his electric guitar VERY LOUDLY. The music thing in the lobby w the radio and sound rooms was kinda a gimmick, but if you have a teen w his guitar, he'll love it. The rooms were bright, large, cheerful, comfy and clean and NEW. If you enjoy blaring music (that's us!) in the lobby w a club atmosphere on the weekends, you'll dig it. We didn't try the rooftop bar, but possibly next visit. We will definitely return. The hotel sits in the newly renovated part of downtown near the Mercedes stadium.

These days, there's Uber Eats, so that remedies the room service issue, but I would've preferred an ice machine on our floor.

Great location to stay for an event at the stadium, very clean, cool vibe, friendly staff, rooftop bar was beautiful. Was able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. Was nice and quiet, no street noise, never heard people above or beside us which was surprising since it was fully booked. never waited long for an elevator. Easy friendly valet. Was a little weary after reading some not favorable reviews, but we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay again.

Had to cancel food ordered at bar after an hour of waiting as kitchen was so backed up. it was the Taylor swift concert so understandable but an hour was a bit much. Was nice they allowed me to cancel and get refunded.

Staff was incredibly friendly, all staff, day and night. Amenities seemed really cool, but not like something that gets used often. Hotel was clean and tidy even with renovations or general construction being done. I think that housekeeping should communicate with maintenance more on lights being out or room amenities not working properly. The reading lights on each bed, one of them was out or didn't directionally point. The bathroom was great, one of the best features. Only critique there is the soap and shampoo dispensers were awkwardly fit and made pumping difficult for the soap in the corner.

You cannot get any closer to the Mercedes Benz Stadium or the State Farm Arena. The staff were all very gracious. Check-in was very easy. The room had a seal on the door after it was cleaned. It has a nice size bathroom. There is an area to grab snacks and water or you can also sit down and order from the kitchen. They have a full service bar. They also have seating outside with a large TV screen.

There was an issue with the lighting and shades. They seem to be crosswired? There is a parking garage. The parking garage states there is self parking but that's not true. I tried to pull in and got yelled at....lol. There was a woman who was waiting for her daughter after the Stray Kids concert and held the door open from the Centennial Olympic Park Dr. entrance that led to the second floor. I'm not sure if you are able to open this door with a room key or not.
