ALL STAFF HOSPITALITY WAS 100% ,So open & helpful ,the friendly staff were the people to realy make my vacation Happy ,The Breakfast was fresh ,The Kitchen Staff were so Lovly, There's an Amazing woman called Shirlly that makes the breakfast ,I love her lol Also everything is on this Hotels doorstep so there's no need for many cabs ,

I Honestly don't think there was much to dislike x

We liked the cozy bedding and breakfast. The valet service was convenient but somewhat pricy.

There was a slightly unpleasant smell in the corridor and also in the room. The internet wouldn't work in the TV, and maintenance came up to fix it but only temporarily (needed a new cord, didn't bring one). It went out again later and 3 calls were made before we were told there was no maintenance staff on duty and we could swap rooms as a solution. It was very late by then so we just stayed in ours. Also, no bedding was provided for the sofa, though we were 3 guests in a king suite.

Checking in was great! Easy valet parking, the guys there were absolutely great. It was easy to get in they were very nice and very helpful and I felt very safe. The valet crew answered questions about my safety concerns. The Security guard was definitely doing his job, making sure the area was free from any of the wanderers.

Checking out not so easy. The staff was not nearly as nice as they were as when I checked in. Not friendly and not professional. Valet parking was still great.

size of the room; bedroom plus a living area that was good for 4 people; close proximity to Georgia State university and the beach volleyball complex; excellent staff; clean; good breakfast included- yogurt, fruit, eggs, bagels, English muffins

wish there had been more restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute walking distance; there are quite a few homeless people hanging around an area that is very close to the hotel and they were asking for money

The area where the hotel was located was surrounding by many homeless people, the underground mall no longer exist, there is now art gallery and clubs. Parking is not free only valet which is 45.00 a night and the parking garage 5 minutes away charges 30.00. the elevator was out of date and one elevator was working our second day.

it was nice

We arrived late Friday evening; we rang the bell and waited over 5 minute when a Valet came out to help. There were 3 women at the Front desk the entire time. There are steps immediately inside the building you have to carry your luggage up them - a member of our party was recovering from shoulder surgery made her very nervous going up steps Valet, only parking option, $45 a night

great price for a hotel this nice! Helpfull staff, clean and nice rooms, comfy bed, two TVs and modern bathroom. You walk max. 5 minutes to the nice parts of Atlanta downtown!

The immediate surrounding of the hotel has many scetchy homeless people that may make you feel umcomfortable, few may even approach you and ask for stuff. During the day it's no problem at all. Honestly, most of Atlanta downtown has this problem. The hotel placed security staff outside, which helps!

The king suite was just perfect for family of 4. The king bed was very comfy! The door to bedroom..was a great plus for families with teens. They have their space, adults have theirs. Loved the internet t.v... The room was very comfy, plenty of space. Hotel is very accommodating. Just ask for anything extra like kleenex,trash bags, pillows etc. staff, valet staff were excellent!we will stay again . Very good location for walking to events at Masquerade or even CNN, plenty of stuff to sight see!.. again hotel staff was amazing.! ❤😊

The bathroom was not fully cleaned, hair in tub. We didn't mind. The antiseptic wipes included in room and around hotel were very helpful and kept cleanliness in mind.

We were checked in by a lady called Tatiyana (could have misspelt this), answered all the std questions one has. She was extreemely patient with us. And I remember seeing her really tired the next day (apparently she did a double shift since a lot of folks were on Easter break). However, she patiently listened to my request that we were unable to book restaurants as online bookings were mostly not available due to Easter. She did get us two nice places for our client lunch and was equally nice when we told her the client would be unable to come over. When she found out my room had an issue, she immediately changed my room (even though they were full). Breakfast - Nice warm breakfast. Far better than a standard cold American breakfast, Not a full buffet but pretty close to it. Wifi: Pretty good Location: Excellent - right across from 5 points Marta. You could take that from the airport to the hotel. very well known hotel as its an old building. Loved the view of the Capitol from my room. Large room: very quiet all the facilities I needed to be comfortable.
