The property is always extremely clean and well equipped with everything that I need. The amenities are far beyond my expectation and I can tell that the management within the hotel is very adamant about guest safety involving the pandemic. I have stayed here about three times now and every time has been amazing. I am always greeted with a smile and have no issue with the rooms. Mrs. Venese welcomed me with absolutely outstanding hospitality this past time. I was extremely exhausted during a visit due to work and she was able to get me checked in fast, the floor I preferred, and reassured me about all cleaning and disinfecting of the property. she was able to give me all information about check in and check out and was genuinely the nicest person that I’ve ever spoken to at the property. It’s nothing like traveling after a long day and being greeted by a friendly face where you know you’re in good hands. because of her outstanding hospitality and customer service, I will be sure to book here again, as I know I will be taken care of.

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect!

Everything was clean and well furnished, the pool was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected, and had lots of options. Over all I would stay here again and I would recommend to others.

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit etc. Rooms were very comfortable. TV was smarTV and connected very well with streaming services.

Room was highway facing. Some noise. Bathroom ventilator was not working and even after lodging complaint 3 tines it didn't get addressed.

The location was great! Right off the highway but not far from all the activities I had planned the weekend. There was a very nice shopping mall right by and all the staff was very friendly.

Only thing is parking was kind of limited at the hotel. But no other complaints.

My room was located across from the prep area for the kitchen and ice maker. I was awakened both mornings by 5:30am

The breakfast was excellent and there were so many great options. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was friendly upon and departing our arrival.

Staff was nice anything we ask for they provided also helped us with Directions.

This place exceeded my expectations when it came to the stay. We went for the Braves game and this place was not very away and great prices. There was no issues at all. All around great stay and would recommend to anyone.

The Breakfast wasn't what i expected, it was pretty much microwaved buscuits but i do understand why, due to covid. really not a complaint honestly.

It was a great area and location felt safe and it was clean area

The pool was closed and we were not warned and there was a bag breakfast of two banana nut muffins and a small bottle of water. I do understand due to COVID we couldn’t sit or have a hot breakfast but cereal and cartons of milk or other alternatives could have been provided. Gladly we didn’t have a nut allergy and the do sell bottled juices. They had hot water and coffee carafes so why not a juice dispenser.
