Residence Inn by Marriott Boise Downtown City Center

Booked a suite that was spacious with a fully functioning kitchen(ette), comfy beds, and a large bathroom. Everything was clean and felt modern and new. WiFi is always good at Marriotts... It's great they have a pool. Breakfast was good.

We were with six people (max. occupancy) and needed a third bed. The sofa bed worked but was not that comfortable, of course. So, we would have preferred a third queen bed instead of the sofa bed. Unfortunately, it seemed that all suites only came with the sofa bed. We stayed for only one night, so it was OK.

I mainly picked this hotel due to the fact they are pet friendly. We loved the hot tub, everything was so quiet! The 24/7 market saved us when we needed a drink too. The outdoor areas were so nice, too bad the weather was not permitting for us to utilize it. would be a great place to hangout during warmer weather.

I was expecting the bed to be more comfortable, but it was still pretty good. We were disappointed that the bar and pool area were only open until 11, but it was a weeknight so understandable. The water took a very long time to heat up and the open door shower was very unpleasant. all the shower head settings were essentially spraying us directly in the face and water was everywhere. the drain was really noisy too and the shower head continued to drip for a while (again noisy due to the drain).

Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent and all staff were very nice. Location was great, within walking distance of everything.

Thought the price was a bit high and the fact we had to pay $15 per day for parking. They could at least have free parking for the prices they charge. Also $5 for wifi should have also been included in the room price.

The staff was very accomodating. We arrived on an early flight and they let us check in at 11am, rather than the typical 3-4pm. They also had a roof top bar with live music, so we were able to meet our extended family there in the evening. The food in the bar exceeded my expectations. I ordered a salad, which was fresh and interesting with an unobtrusive dressing (I do not like heavily dressed salads). The room was large and the beds very comfortable. If we find ourselves in Boise again, we would most certainly choose this hotel.

the entire facility was new, very clean and modern. The staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating! the location is perfect- downtown, great restaurants, close to Boise State….. and my kids LOVeD the beautiful continental breakfast!

Location is perfect. Breakfast was good.

Having to request additional toilet paper and towels. We stayed 4 nights and we were only given 1.5 rolls of toilet paper to start and three towels. Also there is not enough parking and having to go to overflow is not fun.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. We loved its close proximity to all the restaurants and coffee shops that were just a short walking distance away. Our favorite was the rooftop deck that had a bistro where you could order drinks and watch the sun set.

That if you left late at night there's not enough Parking in the garage so you have to park in a dirt and gravel over flow lot several blocks away and walk to the hotel. Super inconvenient with two children with us.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was AMAZING. Breakfast was nice. Location amazing. I will definitely stay again.

No magnifying makeup mirror. No ice in ice maker.

Lots of choices. Pretty much everything you could want.

My sausage was cold and the croissant sandwiches were very dry.

The breakfast and dining selections in the evening were great.

Everything was fine to us.
