I loved the room as it was equipped with a fully stocked kitchen (stocked with dishes, utensils, wine glasses, regular glasses, pots and pans, etc.) There were two televisions - one in the living room and the other in the bedroom with remotes and television channel listings. The pillows were nice and fluffy, there was a nice big bathtub in the bathroom, and the balcony had a nice view of the mountains and the lake off to the right just a few blocks over. One staff member, Gretchen, was very nice and went above and beyond to assist with little things (restock items in room, special requests).

The couch was rather uncomfortable, but with the nice fluffy pillows, it wasn't bad. There was one employee who did not seem genuine and had a bit of arrogance going on, but I didn't let that bother me. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows, who cares. lol

The location was excellent. The space was large. The bed but mostly the pillows were so comfy!

To access the dog area, the doors are loud and I felt bad as it shut loud as other guest rooms were near by. Wish there were a buffer or something so it doesn’t slam. The pet relief area is sufficient but the motion lights that go on are bright and fluorescent like so when we were out with our pup at 3 am I felt bad for the residents around as the lights were bright and stayed on.

A great location and a very nice building. The room was spacious. A really good choice for a condo in Coeur d' Alene

The parking garage is nice, but a little small. The staff let employees park there and it was a challenge to park my pickup. We had to talk to the staff to find out about this, and they had the employees move their cars. These folks should be parking on the street. We were concerned about using our vehicle and that we might not be able to get into a stall. Additionally, some people parked over the painted lines and used up 2 of the very few options. Staff should remind guests to be considerate in such a tight garage.

The whole place felt like we were in a luxury apartment. The staff was exceptional. The place felt safe and secure and was incredibly clean. I would absolutely come back to stay. It didn't feel like a hotel, it felt like it could be home. They thought of every detail and dish and it was wonderful.

There is nothing I didn't like. Because I have to write 2 to 3 sentences, I will say I was bummed I had to leave! It was such a great experience I wanted more time. The hotel was wonderful and the staff was exceptional too.

Sarah at the front desk was incredible! She would text me when the room was ready. She was helpful when we needed something and it was the best experience we have had at a place we’ve stayed in a long time.

Everything was amazing! My only disappointment was the gym facilities were not accessible to people staying in the building only permanent residence.

Everything!!! Beautiful, spacious, clean, view, accommodating, super helpful staff, electric charging in secure parking garage, short walk to restaurants, nearby park, 4th floor dog area, we’ll-stocked kitchen, special deal made it more affordable

Having to ask staff to turn on the electric charging station each time we parked. With key card entrance to the garage, it seems it would be fine to have it “unlocked “. Or have it key card enabled.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment was specious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we would need if wanted to stay in our go out!

The view of the surrounding parking lots weren't ideal, but not a lot you can do about it when it's downtown and more of an urban setting! Otherwise, fantastic place.

The location and place was well maintained.

The only issue we had is for the money we paid to stay at one lakeside, we still had to pay another facility to use there gym/workout facility. We understand that one lakeside has a gym, but we were unable to use it due to soundproof the room. I feel this should have been disclosed.

It was a great stay and the apartment was comfortable and roomy. It was in a perfect walkable location and the view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed our time at the hotel very much!

We wish there were umbrellas available for guests and HDMI cords to check out at the front desk.

Location was great. Staff was super accommodating especially Gretchan. It was very clean and spacious. Great deck that overlooked lake. Outside table and chairs. Full kitchen was nice but didn’t use.

Liked everything!
