The Americana room was really cute. The decor was truly American, and we loved it. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. The staff was accommodating as well. The room had two recliners to relax in, so we were more than happy with the accommodations!

There was nothing we didn't like! We have stayed at the Flamingo before and we're just as comfy

The location at this motel is the best location you could ask for. I stayed with my dogs and there is grassy areas just a block down and the park is another block as well. Lots of restaurants are close and a bakery for coffee and pastries in the morning.

You have to enjoy quaint little motels to love this but I have stayed there three times now and enjoyed my stay each time. I love the character of each room and definitely will stay again. You can't beat the location of this motel.

Although an older hotel, it was impeccably clean. Each room is decorated in a theme of a different country. (Ours was Ireland) it is also walking distance from downtown and restaurants.

The only thing I would say is the lighting in the room itself isn’t bright enough. The exception is the bathroom which had very good lighting.

This is an old style motel in a great location. We wanted one where we could park In front of our room so we could keep an eye on our bikes. We have stayed before and like the kitchy themed rooms- we stayed in room 10. The bed was very comfy.

May need to upgrade the water heater- the motel was full and the first night our shower water was lukewarm. It was hot the next day when the motel wasn't full.

Very cute, clean room. The location was perfect - lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only minor thing is that the light from the street really couldn't be blocked out very well when we went to sleep.

No over-the-top "resort" prices but you are still just a block away from the lake. Park within a few feet of your door! No hauling bags across parking lots and up elevators. Walking distance to everything. Excellent water pressure and super hot water. Can't beat it.

We loved the room themes and comfortable chairs in each room. The location can not be beaten! We did not know there was a breakfast.

We really liked everything. If I need to suggest one improvement I would say the rooms were poorly lit.

Excellent location; close to downtown; near to places we wanted to visit.

Was no Desk Staff in Office when we checked out at about 9:30AM; would have preferred to have someone available to turn in Keys to and to close out our billing.

The room decor was the best I've ever witnessed. Each room different from the others and themed. The friendliness and eagerness to please of staff was the best I've experienced and at 71 years if age, I've been to a LOT of motels.

It was close to actives and restaurants. Quirky and fun.

I wish they would put in ceiling fans for air movement. They do have air conditioning in the rooms but sometimes i really just like moving air to feel less stuffy
