The room was large and I was able to move around in it very freely and well in my manual wheelchair. It had a very large fridge with a nice size freezer. Nice cooking area and small table that was on wheels we use a lot. The room was very nice and clean plus bright.

The room is for the disabled but no one seems to understand that the beds are up way too high so I was not able to get in either bed without my husband pulling me up in the bed. They need to put beds on low platforms. Then the dishes for the room were not put up but still in the dishwasher. Plus the shower head was not set up in the middle of the wall so I could turn it on and off on my own and my husband had to do that for me and hand the nozzle to me. The shower curtain was too short and not wide.enough to wrap the curtain behind the shower seAt to prevent water going out of the shower and it has a lip preventing me getting closer with my chair to the seat. Seat needs to be angled up in the front to prevent a person from sliding off.

It was in the perfect spot for going to the lake and silverwood. It is pretty much right in the center of where you need to go and right by the i-90 for a quick departure

It could use more room cleaning. The room was clean when we got it but never got cleaned for the six days we were there. Other then that, and I could live with it because we don't make to much of a mess. It would be nice to at least have the offer every 2 or 3 days though

easily accessible to downtown and I-90

they gave my original suite reservation for two nights to someone else prior to our arrival and had to give us a handicap suite—no tub, no pull out couch bed had to make room for a roll away—kinda frustrating, no discount on the room for the mistake…we ended up staying one extra night in the room we were supposed to originally have and it was so much nicer for our family. wish we’d have had it the two nights prior but happy they could at least accommodate us to have a suite.

This was a convenient location off I-90, though the entrance was a bit hard to see. The breakfast was one of the best from any hotel breakfast I've ever had. What I mostly liked was how CLEAN the hotel and room were. That's a big issue for me. The lobby, the hallways, the dining area, and the room were very clean.

The entrance off Appleway was a bit hard to find at first, but nothing can be done about that.

Conveniently located didn’t have to drive too far for dinners only 25 minutes from Silverwood.

Dishwasher was full of dishes. They were clean just not put away. I’m on vacation I did not want to empty a dishwasher. Told the front desk and they said “ it’s so you know the dishes are clean. Just put them where you want. “ This really should be part of housekeeping in my opinion.

1) comfortable bed and room 2) spacious and has regular two doors refractor and cooktop (did not use) 3) easy to find location 4) has windows and bathroom ventilation that can exchange air.

1) I used the bathroom and there was a long hair on the floor! 2) Wanted to take a nap coz tired from driving. the bedsheet felt like there were sand on the bed, but there weren’t, I further examined then realized it was the bedsheet has the fibers bumps and one long brown color hair at the foot side of the bed. 3) my room was facing the freeway so I was a little bit noisy. 4) toilet treats are limited- only one shampoo, two makeup remover and 2 small bar of soaps.

Nice rooms and excellent mattresses.

Didn’t realize that they essentially had no room service. Had to ask for clean towels. Though I get that the point of the hotel was for people that were in need of a home away from home, whether from home circumstances like house fire or for work, e.g construction. We were there for pleasure, for only three nights, but for over 200 bucks a night I felt we should have had room service provided daily.

Breakfast was good. The reason for our stay was due to a family member being in the ICU at Kootenai memorial.

Kept running out of essentials kleenex, toilet paper, coffee etc. Rooms weren't cleaned daily.

Rooms have a stove, dishwasher, plates, pans, clean overhead oven, a big refridge, good shower water pressure.

The airconditioner needs an upgrade. It didn’t cool the room enough.

Breakfast was well stocked and frequently replenished. Location was close to I-95.

One corner of our room had mushrooms growing from the carpet that I think was from moister, possibly from the A/C. But we didn't realize this until the morning we left.
