Clean, well appointed rooms. The beds were so comfortable. Both my husband and I have back issues, and this was the first hotel in a long time that had beds that didn't cause pain. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Nice temperatures on both. We enjoyed the food for several meals at the Red Tail Bar and Grill, especially the omelet bar! It was amazing! Best breakfast we've had in years. We also enjoyed some delicious pastries at the Huckleberry Deli. Most of the staff were courteous and friendly. Also has a decent gym room for working off all that great food.

It was disappointing to see how small the non-smoking casino sections were. The pool towels in the rooms are very tiny! We were able to get bigger ones at the front desk, but we noticed several guests knew to bring their own.

Location was ideal for our jobsite

I made reservations for 3 rooms and entered my credit card online which I assumed would be used for this transaction however when my crew arrived to check in they were forced to pay with their personal funds. That is unacceptable. When my crew is travelling I don't them to have to worry about it. They were told they need authorization, funny I entered my credit online which is implicit consent and accepted by EVERY other hotel I have ever dealt with. If we come back to that area for work I will definitely look for alternatives to your hotel.

Location is close to our home so when we needed to leave for a night during a remodel project, it was handy. We got married on the property at the golf course pavilion years ago.

Front desk was having difficulty checking someone in and didn't acknowledge us at all just kept trying to check in the person (we were the only people waiting). Another person checked us in eventually. She had a few teeth.... those were black. Disgusting. She was borderline rude as well but efficient. Not great representation at the front desk first impressions.

I am mobility limited so reaching the food court would have been impossible as it is a distance from the rooms. However, because there were electric chairs available to use, I was able to get around as much as I liked. The valet service was great! They saved my electric chair for me when I left for the day, so it was ready and available when I returned. I really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Cigarette smoke. Grateful there was an area that had no smoking. But we still had to walk through the smoke to get to the food court.

LOVE the area, beautiful with Christmas lights and snowy trees. Hotel nicly decorated with beautiful Christmas trees. Nice art throughout, even the hallway carpets aren't bad!Staff is really friendly.... Minus casino closing that is..Jokes😄 THE best onion rings at Chinook. Excellent service, food and beverage choices at Red Tail bar.

Snow/ice was all over main/valet entrance. Wasnt safe exiting vehicle for me since I needed a scooter due to recent foot surgry. Lost card mid playing and No rewards (again)since players club closed😒 wish you still had flyers for maps, restaurant menu's spa pool hours etc of other amenities. Or easily accessible qr codes to scan. Couldn't find on Tv with remote lacking instructions

Was one of the best places we have stayed! The resort was gorgeous, the Red Tail Bar Grill restaurant was incredible! We are there both nights and the staff were amazing and some of the best food we have had since being in America! The queso dip and the shrimp tacos were insanely good! The room was huge and so spacious, bathroom was very well laid out and loved the whole space!

Whether it was the phone conversations I had with them or the interactions in person, all the staff are so friendly and seem to be so down to earth. Their customer service is EXCELLENT and it's comforting to know it still exists here at this wonderful establishment. Upon arrival, I was able to obtain an electric scooter for my husband with just a security deposit! (Not like another casino in Laughlin, NV that charged per day!) Being this resort is so large, without this service we would not have been able to enjoy our stay. I have to add this was the first hotel room we stayed in (in a long time) where the drains actually drained and the hot water was almost instantaneous. Between the air conditioner working excellent, a very comfortable mattress and the extreme quiet, it made for a good night's sleep. We dined at the Red Hawk Grill (twice), the food and service was excellent. When we went there the second time, they were extremely short handed but RAJ was so upbeat, good-natured and took it all in stride. He is an exemplary employee and needs to be commended for that. One more thing, we also enjoyed the 24/7 coffee in the beautiful lobby each morning of our stay-it was really GOOD coffee!

Regarding the casino: Seemed to be very warm in the smoking section and the air was somewhat stagnant. When entering the non-smoking area the air seems to smell moldy.

Unfortunately we were unable to get breakfast the morning we were there. Someone forgot to order the propane and none of the kitchens were able to turn on their grills.

Better access to food. Better selection although that could have been caused by the lack of propane. I sure liked the Indian bread but wish I could have had it in the morning.

Arrival was nice to be greeted and helpful staff made for a nice overnight! Liked how the Hotel was decorated for the holiday. It was nice to see they have a indoor pool and hot tub even though we didn't use it.

The room itself had a few maintance issues that I reported to staff on questionnaire left in room. I didn't like the use of small pillows on bed. Would have preferred bigger pillows. A night stand on both sides of bed would be nice.

Nice getaway for the weekend and has a nice golf course. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable

Not a lot of eating options. I wouldn’t recommend eating at The Dragon Eatery. Absolutely gross. The others options for eating weren’t bad. Rooms were clean, but curtains in our room could be washed.
