Hot tea available in the early mornings, in the main lobby area, near vending machines & ice machines. my room was close to an outside exit door for the parking lot. I have trouble walking too far, so they honored my request at pre booking, for a first floor, 'near th front office.'

My check in was late in the afternoon, on a very bitter cold & bitter afternoon, & when I turned on the cable tv in my room, th "no signal" words were on th tv screen. After I went out of th building for a few hours, and returned to my room the cable news channel was working again. sometimes, I know cold weather, here, in the Midwest can affect the power on cable tv. I like to watch cable news, so for me this was significant thatvit was working properly. I keep the "cable" tv news on, til late night, when I'm at this motel location. For others, it may not be important, but for me who is privvy to "current events* as they occur, I like to be well informed, 'in the moment', not just on social media.

Very bitter cold temperatures during this few days stay. th heater was nice, especially since I had a window view, w ice at the windows. Staff always professional. Ran into a friend/colleague who was staying n another room on the other side of the building. Nice to do a visit to her room for a while.

Ice, on the ground, when opening the exit door, to walk outside th building to my vehicle parked outside. Ice on th ground can be a little tricky, may I suggest some.salt to melt it so we won't fall. Not a lot is needed, just a little so it's safe for us visitors to walk. If short staffed for this, then I understand if not able to do.

while it may feel like narrow hallways at first, but after getting settled into my room, it 'feels cozy' like home, with just enough space for me.

icy cement, when walking through the back exit door, closest to my parked vehicle. had to be careful and walk slow, so as not slip placing my feet cautiously into the snow, rather than the ice, so i wouldn't slip, while holding some bags. other than this, facility was pleasant comfortable. housekeeping very attentive.

Wonderful staff, very communicative, very clean each day we came in and out, overall wonderful experience and I would definitely come back here again when traveling to Illinois!

Beds were a little stiff for my taste (may be perfect for others, just not what I'm personally used to!)

Cold weather; but th warm heater really helped, in my room Th housekeeping staff is excellent. They take my garbage back out right away, early in the morning. When they cleaned my room, while I was out, w my permission, an item I dropped on the floor, and i forgot about it, housekeeping found it, and left it on my table. Thank u

Very nice and professional front desk attendants, especially Mariana!!! At the same time very welcoming and friendly! What an AMAZING DIFFERENCE from the Motel 6 in Rolling Meadows (it was a disgusting, nasty, very unclean place!!!!) I like coming back to this Motel 6 ( in Arlington Heights) because of the friendliness, cleanliness and very worth place for the price!!! By the way, the cleaning ladies do an excellent job working hard in keeping this place clean!!! Thumbs up to those ladies!!

Nothing that I could think of.., or the exit doors could close quieter, that’s it.

Yes my stay at motel 6 was nice relaxing comfortable very clean the staff was very helpful and nice nice restaurants close by so someone looking for a nice hotel to stay at so I recommend anyone looking for a nice and clean hotel

Excellent cleanliness, tidy room, simple furniture, and comfortable beds. The location is quiet and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Everything was as it should be :)

I live down the street. I work from my computer.i Like different environments, so I can work anywhere. The price is affordable, the front desk was hospitable. Easy check in. My room was clean, stylish, had a nice subtle fresh accent. I extended my stay for 2 days longer .. will come back again.
