The hotel common areas were very clean. The pool and hot tub worked well and were very clean and pleasant. The breakfast was very good. It was a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, oven potatoes, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, and great coffee. It was the best hotel breakfast I've had in 5 years. On top of that, the staff that served breakfast was so friendly and helpful. They were working hard to keep the food in full supply and I could tell they took pride in their work. They had great attitudes, were approachable, and were eager to help!

While the hotel was very pet friendly, the extra fee for pets was too expensive. $50 for 2-4 nights, $75 for 4+ nights. In our apartment, we pay $100 a month for a pet fee. Our dog is clean and calm. There was nothing that required an extra $50 to clean or repair after our stay with our dog. In fact, I would say that our room could have been cleaner before we checked in. There were hairs in the shower and on the floor. Also, the carpet felt sticky, perhaps carpet detergent that hadn't been rinsed out? And as always, there were details in the hotel room that look like they haven't been cleaned in 6 months, like the corners of the floors/walls and lighting in the bathroom.

The pool was great. The bed was really comfy. We sprung for a king suite for extra space, and it was worth the price. Nice to have a couch to sit on and relax in the room. Can't really speak on the free breakfast in the morning as we skipped it to get in one more play session in the pool before checking out.

The floor in our room felt dirty. There weren't obvious food crumbs or debris on the floor or anything, but it just had that feeling of a high traffic carpet. Vacuuming will only get a carpet so clean. I think it was just due for good carpet shampoo. Other than that, everything else was very clean. The bathroom looked very thoroughly cleaned, and the towels and bedding looked nice and bright white.

Breakfast was better than Indianapolis. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly.

We were in room 223. The hot water was scalding. I burned my leg checking the temperature of the water coming out of the tub faucet. My leg is fine, however this needs to be fixed before an elderly person gets in the tub and really gets burned.

The staff was all very nice and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was probably one of the best we’ve seen, with many options. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman running breakfast was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job.

The only thing I didn’t care for - which wasn’t really even that bad - we did see a few bugs in our room. Cricket and a couple spiders. Nothing repulsive, just made me think they were due for a spraying.

The Breakfast was good. Had fruit and oatmeal for those that don't like eggs. Great Coffee!

I was in need of printing something out for the rest of my trip and the business center was very dirty. Snack wrappers and trash were left behind by others and the computer and printer were filthy with sticky goo. This was early in the morning so whoever was in there the night before trashed it and no staff cleaned it between later that night and early morning. People really need to be considerate of others. I'm sure it was people leaving their kids unsupervised!

Love the pillows. Love the hot tubs. Breakfast was great but the coffee was bitter. Night time and morning staff were WONDERFUL and accommodating!!

Towels, comforter, sheets and pillowcases could ha be been softer.

Breakfast was incredible, facilities were great and the staff were all friendly and accommodating.

Our bath tub had a small amount of rust, but everything else was excellent.

Room was small-tight. Pillows were way too squishy. Pool was misleading in pics on website-only 3.5’ deep and small.

We loved the breakfast. Good variety, right temperature and fresh. You had my favorite tea! Good time. The bed was so comfy. I got a good night's sleep. Room and bedding were clean. Parking was good and not too far to walk. Person at desk was able to talk about SIU and gave us some great restaurant tips.

Disappointed hot tub was down. Initially water in bathtub was a little too hot until I adjusted it.

Breakfast was GREAT! Delicious!!!

I couldn't connect my fire stick to the wifi network, but it's old and probably needs updating! So, I wont blame you guys!!! 🤗
