Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Decent location.

Booked two rooms, one room the air was not working and we had to be moved. Room was great but bed was hard as a rock and key cards did not always work. Asked to have rooms close together and they had plenty of rooms however we were put on floors 2 and 5. Restaurant next door was closed permanently so no dinner and drinks as planned. Not a lot within walking distance of hotel. Breakfast was a "grab and go" bag consisting of water, muffin, and granola bar.

The staff was very courteous!

The hotel was under construction and I had to listen to the sounds of an electric saw when I really could've used a nap. The receptionist said carpet was being layed, and work would be complete at 8pm. Booooo!

We have stayed here before. Good value and a great mattress. The room was just right for my short stay.

When I got to my room, the air conditioner was set at 60. Freezing cold. Easily fixed.

Cheerful staff, generally clean room and facility.

Alarm clock in room would not operate correctly, had to be replaced. One side of the bed had only a very small, low table beside it. Would have liked another comfortable chair.

Pleasant surrounding, near a main road but dud not hear much traffic noise. Fitness area was a comfortable area.

Pool area needs better ventilation. Wife found the beds too stiff. Rather pricey seeing that the breakfast offering is a to go bag with muffin, snack bar, packaged fruit , water and juice.

We were traveling from VA to CO and asked for a late checkout due to getting in so late and were easily accommodated. Nice hotel!

The construction in front of entrance was a bit of a hassel trying to figure out how to get to the hotel due to that but it's not the hotels fault.

Location to my work trip

The doors!! A soft closing door would have been so much better!! ALL week long, the slamming of doors made it near impossible to sleep. For someone who needed to sleep, working from 4AM to 6PM, sadly enough, I was lucky to get 2-3 hrs... 😔

key did not work and had to get new ones twice in the two days we were there. stained sheets on the bed.

There was really nothing. I loved everything about the place

We stayed 3 nights no house keeping service. We expected our trash to be dumped daily. We expected our bed made daily. We expected our bathroom cleaned daily and offered new towels. Our room was by the Housekeeper closet we heard them early morning getting supplies etc
