Super clean hotel! The rooms we got were spotless! I was so impressed by how clean everything was! Very comfy beds and pillows too! They even have many USB ports in the room as well as window shades that keep the sun out! Amazing selection of breakfast! They have a waffle maker, juice station, yogurt, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit, and more! Pool is open til midnight, which is great for after spending the day out on the town. The staff was so nice! They were quick to check us in. Very helpful in answering our questions and knowledgeable about the area. They even greeted us with cookies and the lobby has coffee offered. Will definitely stay again on our next visit down to Marion! Best hotel in the area by far!

Very clean Hotel! Room was very spacious and bed very comfortable. Staff from the front desk to cleaning ladies were wonderful as well! Great options for breakfast for a quick breakfast and coffee always available. This will be our place going forward as it is a half meeting point for myself and significant other. Location is awesome as well, restaurants everywhere within walking distance.

Indoor spa would have been great or even outdoor pool.

I lost the name of all the wonderful Women who helped us.. We checked In late on 09/15. The young lady was super nice. The room was spotless. KUDOS TO THE HOUSE KEEPING. Our room was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was very patient with us when we were having trouble with our card.

We were on the 3rd floor and all of the trim in the hallway floor was missing, there were a few spots that had some left but for $165 a night it was a little disappointing.

Always consistent and dependable. We love staying here whenever we pass through. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff is always helpful, friendly, and professional. We appreciate the pet policy being reasonable and not expensive! Our pet is an important part of our family.

Location, staff, comfy beds and pillows, good breakfast. We didn't use the pool but the water looked clean.

Air conditioner/furnace filters need to be replaced. We were in room 306 and we saw alot of pets on our floor. I did not know this before booking my stay, I hope my room did have pets in it. Hallway carpet needs deep cleaning.

The location was perfect, as we were traveling from Indianapolis to Memphis. The accommodations were excellent and the staff was exceptional. My daughter left her blanket in the room on accident and the staff was kind enough to have it sent to our next destination.

Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room and comfy with everything we needed.

Would have preferred a discounted rate. My husband is a senior. We initially only booked for one night, but ended up staying for three consecutive nights. Would have liked a discount.

We really appreciated the comfort and cleanliness. Check-in staff were friendly, just the best. We also liked that we could cancel even to our arrival day without penalty.

We know it’s because of inflation, but prices could have been better; not just here but for all the hotels.
