The staff was wonderful from the minute I got there. Kristen at the front desk was so nice and even gave me a goody bag! The housekeeping was so nice as week! I dropped my breakfast as I was u locking my door in the morning and she was so understanding. I cleaned it up as much as I could and apologized, she was so nice!!
Could use some updates, but looks like they r in the process of doing that. Other than that it was clean and very enjoyable!

The location was nice. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was awesome! The spa tub was AMAZING!
The facilities are a little run down. Our room had a hole in the wall that had not been patched. There was a little mold around the tub. The one thing that I really did not like was every time I walked in or out of our room into the hallway it smelled strongly of marijuana.

My booking and the room I got was not the same. Booked a king smoking suite pool view. Received a king non smoking room parking lot view. Clerk blamed third-party company. I believe after hearing her quote the same room to a guest on the phone, the property didn't honor the booked room due to 3rd party pricing. Shame on them.

Everyday was peaceful good breakfast clean and the mattress and pillows are so comfortable you don't want to leave. Swimming pool was clean and perfect size

Actually this is the first time I chose to eat my breakfast at a restaurant. But during checkout I took a cup of coffee and it quenched my thirst that I had during the trip. The air conditioning was fantastic! It kept the room at a comfortable level all night long.
My only thing I did not like is it felt like there was a piece of tape on the bottom of the bathroom door.

Traveling during covid, they still offered a variety of breakfast every day. The pool was very clean. The bathroom had been very well cleaned. It was 10 minutes from Crab Orchard Reserve, and 15 minutes from the Shawnee National Forest. The sightseeing was beautiful, but the locational was perfect! We had a really nice two person jacuzzi in our room with a beautiful view of the interstate. The bed was a cozy king size. What more could you want.
I wish they had the tables open in front of the pool so you could sit down and eat with a nice view. But it was during covid so it is understandable.

The pool was Great, the Bed slept well, close to Resturants Good Breakfast!! Over all we had a Very relaxing time there!! 🙂🙂
