We arrived very late (and called to let them know) and staff was super kind and accommodating. Accessible room was exactly what we needed. Our mini frig was not working and within 10 minutes of my mentioning it, it was replaced! Hot food was delicious with many options for a great breakfast. Evening food and beverage offering was nice as well. We traveled with our service dog and the property provided a very pleasant area that our dog enjoyed as well, complete with a bench for me and disposable bags for my pup! Very neat and clean!

I am a new rewards member due to our stay in Marion, Illinois. They were so polite and always placed the customer needs above their own. Breakfast and dinner were above average as dinner menu surprised us with so many options as they were not pre-packaged items, but food made from scratch. The pool area was ok, but more than I expected. Three cocktails were free with dinner. Just over the top.

Hard to say, but having an ice machine on every floor would be an added touch.

Everything, room was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We had come to Marion for the Kansas concert at the civic center, so we didn't get to do the evening kick back. Drury is our favorite hotel, and Marion so far is our favorite. We look for Drury wherever we travel. Wish they had one in Branson, Mo.

Got caught in a downpour rain coming back from the concert lol. Not there fault.

It was a very nice place to stay. Some may think that it is on the pricey side but honestly I stayed here for 2 nights and payed the same price as i paid for a 1 night on other trips and those places weren't as nice as this place. On top of that not only was the breakfast here nicer but you also got a free hot meal for dinner, plus a free evening popcorn snack. So when you consider that we saved $ not having to eat at a restaurant for breakfast or dinner, this was a deal.

The only complaint I really have is that they didn't have housekeeping service our room while we were there which means our rooms weren't cleaned as far as needing fresh rags/towels & etc for the night/next morning which means we used our same rags/towels for the night/ next day and our beds weren't made which because we had busy days while there and got in late that night i was too tired on top of having small children with me to go down to the front desk for fresh towels or to make my own bed...honestly it wasn't a huge big deal for me but I had to write that in my review because for some that would be a big deal

Very nice setup, awesome area to eat with great food and a soda fountain.

The only thing I didn’t like was the dirt all over the floors that was drug in by what I assume to be construction workers. The dirt all around the elevator doors was there for our multiple night stay. Spot cleaning piles of dirt in the hallways and common areas would be recommended at least on a daily basis.

very clean and customer service was excellent . the older lady at breakfast was so friendly and kind to my son and the housekeeping staff returned an iPad my daughter left behind . found this hotel to have exceptional customer service . pool area was very clean

think the hot tub has an electrical issue cuz you had to hold the button down a two minutes to get it to fully kick on

Location was great traveling south. Great accommodation, great beds, bathroom, quiet nights rest. Great afternoon/eve happy hour food and beverage. Breakfast was fantastic.

This is a very nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms and located close to a number of food and shopping options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there one evening and didn't get to take advantage of some of the amenities like the pool and hot tub, as well as the complimentary breakfast and dinner but everything looked great and we look forward to staying here again in the future.

Large room, clean and well decorated. Lobby, elevator, hallways, breakfast area were all clean and well maintained. This creates a comfortable environment for us to rest and relax.

Back door was covered with condensation due to high humidity outside.

Our stay was great. The free breakfast was an awesome addition to the pleasure of the stay. Not to mention the free dinner and free drinks. The food was delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. We will be back soon.

I cannot think of a single thing to make the hotel better. It was all excellent.
