The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable we've experienced at a hotel. The bedding was bright white and soft. The bathroom was spotless, and the towels were not scratchy or stiff. The indoor pool was well-maintained, and the water was nice and clear. The spa pool was wonderful. The hot breakfast was a lovely start to the day.

The pool water was just a touch too cool, but we were able to adjust okay after a bit.

One of the best included breakfasts I have had at a hotel. I love that they have "real" eggs. I would stay here again. They had english muffins so I could make a breakfast sandwich every morning. I really liked that! Coffee was good too!

I had a problem with my key card every day. I would have an arm load of stuff and go all the way up to the 4th floor only to find out my key card isn't working. All the way back to the lobby to get it re-coded. Happed three times during my stay. Three too many.

The staff was very friendly and they were very accommodating! The breakfast was fresh and tasted good and had a wonderful assortment of choices for breakfast! The breakfast area was clean and very neat!

I didn't like that there was limited handicap parking close to the entrance! I also didn't like that I was not able to get a room with a walk-in shower and the water pressure was less than adequate!

It was a nice & clean place to stay & centrally located. All the employees that we encountered were very nice & friendly. Breakfast was great👍 Would definitely recommend it, and we will be returning ourselves!!

That ppl parked by the doors with their car & uhaul taking up 4 packing spaces. They need to get customers' make & models on their vehicles so when this happens, they can contact them & have them move to the appropriate parking spaces.

The breakfast was excellent and it was hot and to our liking! Had a great variety of breakfast options! The staff kept things well stocked and made sure everything was hot and tasty! Chairs and tables were comfortable and clean!

It is hard to find anything that was not liked! Everything was good and had no complaints whatsoever! If I really had to think about what I disliked would be parking for disabled persons and the closeness to the entrance doors

Desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. Very clean throughout. Hot shower. WiFI available. Complimentary wrapped cookies at check in.Walking distance from many restaurants, Wal-Mart, etc. Gas stations close.

Hardly worth mentioning but breakfast not much-was a few muffins, apples, fruit yogurt and green bananas. Carpet in rm 316 had a large hole in it.

There were housekeeping staff on our floor both evenings we were there. The staff spoke the preferred language of the area, which was a very nice; unexpected bonus. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very nice. Hot items were hot and cold items were cold. Very tasty and well staffed.

Front desk worker was very pleasant. Breakfast started at 6sm even on Saturday morning. Check in and check out were easy. My bill was accurate. The hotel was very close to the interstate and convenient for traveling. GF breakfast options: fruit, yogurt, eggs.

The room had a weird smell. Only water with lemons was available in the entry. I would have liked plain water.

Breakfast choices along with the friendly employee who kept the items stocked & fresh. Management was very accommodating when working with a personal situation that altered my original reservation dates.

The very high tax rate (16%) that I assume goes to the state of Illinois. The hotel chain is powerless to decrease this but was very surprised by the high amount in southern Illinois

We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The hotel was also conveniently located near many restaurants. Staff was very friendly & helpful, especially Chevy.

The quiet hours were not enforced. The rooms across the hall and above us were extremely loud well past 10 pm.
