Conveniently located along the Green Line L Train with easy access to the city in multiple directions. Relatively quiet neighborhood with few immediate amenities, but the Fulton Market and posh West Loop are 5-10 min walk. I'm not sure what people who complained about noise are talking about, but I stayed Sun - Thurs, so... Yes, there's a 4am garbage truck and a train but welcome to city life. I am single female traveler, never felt unsafe walking by myself at night.

Great location. Amazing neighbourhood with lots of awesome restaurants, shops, and venues in walking distance. Easiest check-in/out I’ve ever experienced and staff can be reached through app, super communicative. Was able to store luggage for a few hours after checkout until we had to head to the airport.

Although I wasn’t bothered by the noise the first two nights from the club right below us (Friday and Saturday) was super loud for my girlfriend. We stayed on the second floor but it was definitely a small road bump in an amazing stay.

I enjoyed having a full kitchen with a washing machine. This allowed me to eat healthy and clean my clothes before checking out. Additionally, Raku TV allowed me a variety of shows to watch.

The bathroom amenities were good, however, since I stay for two nights, extra towels would have been more convenient for my stay. Additionally, there is a club attached to the building on the first floor. Although earplugs were available on the first floor, the sound of music could be heard from my room (3rd floor).

Clean upon arrival. Plenty of useful amenities including microwave, mini fridge, stove, keurig with comp coffee and teas, toaster and kettle.

Only one soap provided in bathroom for sink. Would have been good to have another soap for shower. No markings on sink faucet to indicate direction to turn handle for hot or cold water. Could hear other guests on hallway outside and either below or adjacent to me in other rooms.

location was great. access to building and room was simple. building had low traffic and was generally quiet and peaceful.

wish there had been more than 2 towels in room. elevator is a bit slow, a couple of water bottles would have been nice.

Amenities and location were very good. The contactless check in was easy, though remembering the codes was a challenge.

The walls are on the thin side, so it could be a little noisy. You could hear other rooms quite easily.

Very cool location and vibe.

They need flaps at the bottom of the doors to the rooms. There is a huge gap and you could hear everything in the hall and it was a little creepy. I shoved towels in the gap but I didn't sleep great bc of it.

Nice location in a cool neighborhood. Within walking distance of the United Center. Very well kept. Exactly as advertised.

The a/c made the living room freezing and the bedroom not so much. Kind of a bummer but not a deal breaker.

The room was extremely clean, well stocked, and decent location to get around the west loop and the city.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the toilet kept breaking so still needing minor fixes.
