It was in close proximity to United Credit Union - the venue where we saw André Rieu. It was not ostentatious but clean and up to date. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was efficient and most convenient. The valet was EXCEPTIONAL - working constantly to make guests comfortable. I don’t know his name but he was there early in the morning through late at night. Outstanding service!!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like, other then the bar/restaurant not being available during remodeling, but thats understandable.

everything. our first time visiting Chicago and the medical district Marriott was the perfect place for us to stay. shuttle service to anywhere within a mile of the hotel made my stay stress free as I didn’t have to worry about trying to drive around/find parking in the city!

Room was way too warm when we checked in. No breakfast as promised when we booked (due to construction) should have received discount because of this. Breakfast is always one of the reasons I select a hotel.

when we first got here there were a few mix ups with people and rooms but they got it all sorted out. plus the window in the bedroom wouldn’t close all the way but that’s ok tho.
