Nobu Hotel Chicago

Very nice decoration and vibe. The attention from the front desk people is great and very warm. One of the front desk guys was exceptionally nice, too bad i´m bad with names. The fact that theres an steam bath available for all guests is great, very complete gym too. The West Loop area is full of very good restaurants and all of them are wlaking distance from the hotel. I left something in an Uber and left the hotel that same day, i contacted the hotel about it and they were willing to send it to me. Very greateful for that . The food and drinks at the Nobu rooftop is 5 stars.

Food was excellent, rooms were beautiful and clean, staff was awesome.

We stayed for new years eve and new years day. New years day everything was perfect but service even for hotel guests was non existent new years eve for a few hours. We couldn't get ahold of anyone from in room dining or guest services from about 7pm to 10pm. We ended up having to order out elsewhere & couldn't get drinks or silverware to our room. I was able to get a bottle of champagne and a round of cocktails to our room from the rooftop restaurant by going up and talking to them directly but even that took about an hour to receive. I realize it was a major holiday in a pandemic but I feel hotel guests should always have reliable, fast access to hotel services & necessities like silverware and food.

The room was exquisite and beautiful. Staffs are all very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is especially clean and nice and spacious. The bathtub was amazing and fits two people just right. The restaurant is definitely a must. The food was really amazing and services were great. The food definitely lives up to its price.

Nothing really. However, at night there was some clicking sound though subtle but quite disturbing. The private bar in the room is not indicative of having extra charge, which was fine because I don’t mind paying for small amount, but it’ll be nice if there’s a sign or note that mentions the charges. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The property is really clean - we stayed in the Yubune king and it was extremely spacious.

For the price we paid, it was disappointing to see that the bathroom was not cleaned since we stayed there for two nights. We had the wooden bathtub in our room, which we loved and paid extra for, they couldn’t replenish the small scrub and bath salts for it. When we came back, you can see that the salt line in the tub was still there. I was expecting much more from Nobu and this really isn’t the great standard I was expecting. They also did not take all of the dirty towels away that was there either.

Juan at the front desk was exceptional. He went above and beyond for every detail. He was courteous, kind, helpful and engaging. He made restaurant reservations, suggestions, showed us the property. He is proud of the hotel and it shows in his demeanor. It made our stay delightful. This is one of the main reasons you should stay here. The property is beautiful, so many details and close to everything in the west loop. We will be back.

The manager Aldo Rodriguez was the best. He did everything he could to make our stay more enjoyable and continued to check in on us throughout our stay. Juan Rodriguez and Alex also deserve praise. Thanks again Aldo for everything and handling any issues we had with the restaurant.

Didn’t have the best experience walking over one morning to the restaurant. I suggest order room service and wait or go in the restaurant and dine in.

I loved the location, the size of the room, the decor and the layout of the room. The views and the soaking tub were fantastic!!!

Lighting in the room could have been better. A small fridge and a real iron and ironing board would be helpful. There was a steamer but sometimes an iron is more needed. 24 hour room service would have been nice at this price point.

Great monochrome color palette, thought given to everything - room design, lighting, toiletries, HVAC. Really feels luxe. Enthusiastic and competent young staff.

The rooftop bar is a little scene-y due to the location in the West Loop.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my 30th birthday, I wish I could’ve stayed a full week but sadly it was just one night but enough to be unforgettable. I loved they wrote my a letter and gave me a box of chocolate and a bottle of champagne. this hotel is simply fabulous, fancy and modern!!

the lobby, restaurants and pool/spa areas were gorgeous, clean and inviting. the hallways and elevators were spotless.

The refrigerator in the room i was given wasn’t working. A technician was sent to repair it and it still didn’t work. I texted the front desk about my finger spoiling in the fridge and I didn’t get a response at all. It was very disheartening. The bathroom in my room could use more attention as far as cleanliness also. There was hair near the shower drain and the shower heads were very dirty. The fixtures in the bathroom were dusty as well .
