I like the facility and the comfort of staying. The room was pretty spacious and clean. Also, it's a good location for long-term stay.

The one thing I really hate about the property is the people around the building. Every night, people gathered around the building smoking all night. I felt very unsafe, and these people should go away from the property. Some shops asked them to leave, but the property doesn't have guards or open stores next to the building.

The property was super easy to find (UIC Halsted subway about 300m walk), spacious, well equipped and comfortable. It was a mile in to downtown. It had shops nearby - everything we could have asked for.

The only downside we could think of was being able to hear people walk around upstairs. This was due to tall ceilings and lovely wooden floors though, so can’t complain.

Great appartment, with all necessary utilities. If you need help, customer service reacts directly.

Location is just outside the center, but easily accessible by metro. A migrant shelter is located directly next to the appartments, this means that day and night groups of man are hanging in front of the entrance. Talking, shouting and smoking.

Great location in the heart of Greek town. Close to downtown and the Willis tower. Room was great and self contained. Good size apartment with laundry facilities. Even provide you with washing tablets. A nice touch. Great value for money.

No lifts and a lot of stairs. Need to be fit. The air conditioning in the apartment is very loud so could not have it on for long.

Handy location for city centre. Excellent Greek cafe Meli across road. Would be useful to inform guests of it when booking. Overall excellent base for a visit to Chicago.

Very steep and extended flight of steps to room. Efficient but impersonal.

It was safe feeling and very roomy. When we had a issue with the toilet it was dealt with instantly! That was impressive.

We got accused of being too loud at 12:30 a.m. when we were asleep. It was the people above us. All 3 nights we heard stomping and running until at least 1 a.m.

Spacious, light and great location!

Some minor bruises on the walls and the soap tray, which is a minor flaw. The dishwasher did not smell good, but I did not have to use it anyway.

I stayed here while recovering from surgery and it was PERFECT. Easy access, good communication, absolutely beautiful apartment with all the amenities built in. Even a washer and dryer. So much better than staying at a run of the mill hotel.

Beds were king size and comfy.Conviently locates to union station and shops.Apartment just loke picture adverrized.Balcony. with city views was nice highlight.

Apartment needed a good dusting .Lots of steep stairs to climb to get tonthis place.

Spacious, clean, good taste. The windows were sound proof and bedroom mattresses comfy. Well located in a really cool Greek neighborhood surrounded by good places to go out

The water pressure was weak in showers, the fold out beds in living rooms were not the most comfortable.
