L the rooms were clean, the views are excellent, there is so much to do in the hotel with them actually having common spaces were people actually convene and have fun. There’s an extra l beer tap, the free breakfast is incredible. It’s centrally located so you’re close to everything, the property is well lit. It was just a great experience all around. Even checked me into my room early.

There was nothing that I could that could be improved upon. Maybe sell beer during breakfast lol

My son and I loved that a free buffet breakfast was provided every morning. Our room was cleaned very well Our room was very comfortable, well stocked and everyting was in good and working order.

There was a man peeing on the side of the hotel, when we were walking in on the evening of Sunday September 4, 2023. This is no reflection of the hotel, just the location had some homeless wandering, not alot though as we noticed the Chicago police were EVERYWHERE! :D

This facility was very reasonably priced and was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and they were even able to accommodate our early check-in request, which was great since we had a full day planned. Breakfast was excellent as well. I don’t generally take the time to leave reviews, but this place deserves some recognition for their efforts to make our stay so enjoyable! Will definitely stay here again!

Staff was helpful and friendly when we asked all the touristy questions. Breakfast was awesome and a great way to start our morning!

A bunch of the local restaurants were closed early, so dinner options were difficult to gauge for transportation, safety etc. Maybe a partnership/agreement to let people know which spots are reputable and easy to travel to would be helpful? Google maps can only go so far.

Exceptionally clean room, comfortable beds and location.

Stayed the evening with my girlfriend on Saturday, March 26 2020. Room was supposed to cost $163, with a hold charge of $60. So $223 was deducted from my account on Saturday evening upon check- in. It is now Monday morning, March 28. Tell me why another $163 charge just hit my account! So the hotel has now taken $223 plus $163 from me, and my account is now in the negative, which I'm going to get charged by my bank for. Thanks a lot guys! When I called customer service, the associate I spoke to was not helpful at all essentially he told me "oh it's probably a computer glitch in the system, you'll get your money back in 3-5 business days" What money though? $60?! I've been charged twice for the room!

The overall hotel, the entire staff, the beds, the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Great place to stay. Oh, and the breakfast. Thank you for still offering that as one of the amenities still.

The parking garage is too small. We circled around 4 times waiting for someone to move so we could get their spot. Also, the garage door wouldn't automatically open. So, I had to double park on the street as I checked in. As I was leaving the hotel the hotel key did not let the gate up. So, I had to pay for parking again $68.00 to get let out. I called the hotel the next day to express my concern about paying twice for parking. I was told that I would be reimbursed the $58.00. I am happy with that, but something should be done about the parking mix-up. Overall, my stay was well expected for the comfort, location, price and convenient location to just about everything.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the West Loop downtown area. The free breakfast that was included with the package was one of the best I've ever had offered with a hotel. Hot eggs, hash browns, sausage, cereals, muffins, and more, with plenty to go around for everyone. My floor was mostly quiet during my five day stay and I was able to sleep comfortably as well as enjoy my time in the city. The hotel is positioned near a lot of good restaurants and the Fulton River District has quickly become one of my favorite areas in Chicago to hang out at. One of the best overall hotel stays I've had in quite some time.

Due to COVID they are currently not doing daily room service cleaning inside the rooms and this was a bit of a bummer as I would like to have someone come in and tidy up the room over the course of my stay. The trash bins inside the rooms are small, so I was constantly having to run my own recycling and trash out elsewhere in order to keep the room clean. This is a small grievance, but for the price, it would have been nice to have the full service. Also, the parking garage can get quite full on the weekend. I came back late on a Saturday night to find not a single space available for me, and even though I ended up hitting street parking, I was still billed $58 for a day that I barely had any parking within the structure.

The room was nice and spacious! Bed was comfortable and there was a couch that pulled out if needed. They had a hot Breakfast with lots of choices that you could take back to eat in your room. There was also a mini fridge we used to keep our drinks cold. The front desk let us check in early which is always a nice bonus!!

The only things I didnt like is the room was a little warmer than I prefer. We tried turning the heat down and it still stayed a steady 70 to 72 in the room. The other thing is that they charge You a $60 hold per night stay that were supposed to get back in a week.

It was a nice and clean room. Location was within walking distance of several great places. The breakfast was good.

The paid parking garage is also a public parking garage would be nice if they would reserve spots for hotel guest, I was afraid to leave with my vehicle during my stay because I was risking not have a parking spot coming back.
