The location was very good for our trip to Chicago. The morning breakfast was always nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the city view from our room window. My wife has MS and uses a scooter for mobility. It died during the week on Thursday which unfortunately ended our stay to soon. We ended up leaving on Friday instead of Saturday and the staff had no problem changing our stay to only 5 nights instead of 6 without any issue, which was very helpful.

The only things we didn't like was the room was a little small, but manageable. The price for the hotel was also more than I'd prefer, but I don't think it would be much less in comparable hotels.

staff super helpful and attentive. Rooms clean and comfy. All basic needs met. Breakfast was a nice addition to our stay. Little busy at weekends but staff really accommodating. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants around. Walking distance to most major attractions: river, michigan avenue, etc.

Large groups of students staying on our floor that were congrating in the hallway, talking, shouting with no consideration to other guests, by the elevators until the small hours of the morning. Hotel sent security to disperse but still happened 2nd night.

The room is large enough to accommodate a family of 4 - the staff was very nice. When we arrived our original room flooded per the staff so they placed us in one of the sister hotel locations next door for our 1st night. A changed in plans would normally cause me to get upset but the staff arranged our move in advance and was willing to make special arrangements for us to feel comfortable. The next day we went back to the Hyatt and continued our stay there.

The only thing is that parking is so expensive but that’s the situation in Chicago overall.

Perfect location in the heart of Chicago nightlife. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Facilities are basic but the room provides two environments with a mini living room. Breakfast was very good in a cozy place which is open as a restaurant in the afternoon and evening. Staff was very kind. Property also has a decent gym in basement.

Shower pressure on 2nd floor is not regulable and super strong, it felt like the water was pumped by a firetruck. Had an incident where my room was entered despite requesting no housekeeping, found the trashcan weirdly placed on top of the desk and my used towels on the sink. I believe this was just a mistake by the staff though...

I enjoyed the setup of the breakfast, bed, and shower. The African-American gentleman with the glasses was a great front desk attendant.

I was not aware of the outrageous parking fee prior to my stay. The staff also don’t enlighten you to how much it costs to park there upon arrival. The cleaning team was GREAT, minus the Sunday and Wednesday night crew who kept forgetting to place trash bags in the bathroom can. The female manager and female front desk attendant, who handled my parking issue on Friday morning (10-11am), were not professional. The front desk rep decided to not answer my calls so I called from a different number, and then she finally answered. The manager decided to tell me that she pays to park as well, even as an employee, which is not my concern. Add signage at the front desk.

The room was, well, roomy! Beds were great. We paid a bit more to get a room with a view of the Chicago skyline. Well worth it! Staff were very friendly and helpful, patiently repeating information when I didn't understand something. Also having a laundromat at the hotel was a big plus.

Breakfast was really good but could have been better if the scrambled eggs were not cold, the bread was pre-cut to fit the toaster and the salt and pepper shakers were refilled. Minor issues though.

I loved the hotel. Very cleaned, city views looking beautiful. Breakfast was very delicious. We like to go again at the beginning June like June 1st or 2nd, I Will appreciate if hotel give me me same room # 623 for staying. Thank you very much for asking rates. Mrs. Sutapa Santra

I booked 2 queen beds, please keep total 4 pillows at the each bed and keep microwave inside the room. In this time, I had requested microwave and got after 30 mints.

All fine. Loved the location. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast okay,

Room was not cleaned on the Friday, but that was okay, I'm not that untidy. When I booked I thought I was getting a walk in shower. I know the room I booked was not available so I was given an alternative. The noise of the Fire Brigade during the night was a little too noisy.

Hotel located at the central of Chicago city, could walk to the most popular attractions, near transportation to anywhere you want to go, safety location. Breakfast was provided in the hotel and was great. Staffs and the Manager of the hotel were nice, professional, and willing to assist with all your concerns.

The room service could be better because we requested cleaning room service for the days we stayed, but they cleaned in the first day only. The comfort cover sheet was broken and staff was able to changed the new one after I made a complaint to the front desk.

Upon our arrival I had some problems with my bank card. The gentleman behind the desk was super helpful letting me just pay for the first night until I was able to get with my bank and make sure that I could charge the room properly. The restaurant was very good. The food was excellent.

Our first night there the fire alarm went off in our room and we had to be relocated to a different room which did not have as nice of a view and there was an odor in the room that smelled like a combination of stale beer and marijuana. Also it would have been nice if the breakfast was different daily. Every morning was breakfast sandwiches and french toast sticks. Finally on the last day they had scrambled eggs. Just would have been nice to have a little variety. Other than that, we were very happy with the hotel and our stay. We are likely to stay at the same location in our future trips to Chicago.
